Great location, friendly staff!
Pros:

Great location, walking distance from train station. I arrived early and as my room was ready I could check in right away, very friendly staff. Free U-bahn day ticket provided by the hotel.

Solides Hotel in zentraler Lage mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage fußläufig zum Hauptbahnhof war für unsere Belange sehr gut. Wir haben über Booking recht günstig von einem anderen Hotel umgebucht, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut! Zimmer war nicht luxeriös, aber sehr in Ordnung. Wahrscheinlich in letzter Zeit saniert und erneuert. Im Bad war alles, was man als Gast braucht. Gefallen hat uns auch die Trägerschaft durch den christlichen Verein CVJM. Dessen Arbeit haben wir mit unserer Übernachtung gern gefördert. Irgendwie weht ein "guter Geist" durch das Haus, die wenigen Menschen denen wir begegnet sind, waren sehr freundlich. Das Angebot am Frühstücksbuffet war sehr o.k. Toll war, dass zu unserer Überraschung mit der Buchungsbestätigung eine kostenlose Netzkarte im Verkehrsverbung für die Dauer unseres Aufenthalts angekündigt wurde, die wir auch bekamen. Dass gerade an dem Tag Straßenbahn und Busse streikten, ist dem Hotel nicht anzulasten ;-) Wir würden wieder dort buchen.

Cons:

Mir hätte in Bettnähe eine Steckdose gut gefallen, da ich nachts ein medizinisches Gerät brauche. Mit der für solche Fälle immer mitgeführten Verlängerungsschnur ging es aber.
Als extrem störend habe ich beim Frühstück die rockige Musik empfunden, die irgendwo aus dem Foyer schallte. Selbst wenn es moderne christliche Lobpreismusik gewesen sein sollte: So was nervt mich gewaltig, ich hätte gerne ziemlich Ruhe.

Pros:

Lage nahe dem Bahnhof, ideal für einen Zwischenstopp. Das Zimmer war offensichtlich relativ neu renoviert, alles war in gutem Zustand und sehr sauber. Das Personal war extrem freundlich.
