Cons:

Mk seams so dated and battered compared to other Leonardo I have stayed in , my 9th floor room would be comfortable in the 80s . Pokey little bathroom with half a bath , no wall sockets that worked . Cold , and worst of all only 2 sachets of coffee ! 😆

Breakfast - arrived at 06:30 and all cooked breakfast was cold on opening.
Quality of food mediocre. Poor quality.

Another comfortable stay with very friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

As always, the staff were very helpful and friendly.
There is a 24 hour concierge service, so it was not a problem that I arrived late.
Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of choices and as much as I could eat.
The bed was extremely comfortable.

Cons:

Following a sharp drop in the outside temperature, it was a little chilly.
I arrived very late and was allocated a room for a disabled person. I prefer the bathrooms with a low bath with grab rails, as I found the wet room a bit difficult to use.
