Da localização, próxima de restaurantes na zona. Bom pequeno almoço com bastante diversidade. Funcionários do Hotel muito simpáticos e disponíveis para ajudar.

Fantastic experience for the first time 🙏 🇵🇭🇬🇧💟
Pros:

The service is outstanding given that you’re in UK usually service in this country don’t get me wrong but you’re very rarely to get a good service but this hotel I’m lucky to have a staff in that day of my stay. Everyone happened to be wonderful special shout out to the reception team Specifically Maria, who help me to transfer a room with bathtub and she gave me additional complimentary two bottle water and KITKAT even she told me that I need to make a call in reception or I can use water dispenser, but because of my disability maybe Either way she is kindly to inform her colleague to give me these things and making sure that I had and I sleep as well for more safeness. Also, the breakfast is a lot better to the other hotel that I stayed in. I’m not gonna mention it obviously, but and everyone is very friendly helpful. The only thing is maybe upgrade the room but no big deal is still clean and everything you need is there so thank you so much Leonardo for making my first stay experience wonderful

The only thing is maybe the bottle of water nothing and no fridge but because Maria one of the reception stuff make that initiative to give me about the water with KIGKAT so that solve the problem and also the an update room but again no big deal is still great
