Dear Team,
I wanted to share some balanced feedback regarding my two recent stays at the Leonardo Hotel during August. Overall, I was pleased with my experience. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which certainly contributed to an enjoyable stay.
There was, however, an issue regarding breakfast during check-in. I was informed by the receptionist that breakfast was not included in my booking, despite having confirmation from the booking agent, Clarity, that it was included. As a result, I unfortunately missed breakfast on my first morning. When I raised this on the second day, the receptionist confirmed that there had been a system glitch, apologised, and kindly offered me a complimentary coffee upon checkout.
I also missed breakfast on the second morning as I arrived at the breakfast room at 9:40am, not realising that service finished at 9:30am. I appreciate that this was my oversight; however, I wondered if the hotel might consider extending breakfast service until 10:00am, as this could be beneficial for guests.
My room was comfortable and met my needs, but I would like to offer a few suggestions for improvement. Personally, I am not a fan of shower curtains as I find them less hygienic than shower screens. In addition, there were hairs left in the bath from a previous guest, which remained throughout my stay. I also noticed hairs on the mattress protector. I would kindly suggest that housekeeping pay particular attention to these areas during room preparation and inspections.
Additionally, the ironing board cover in my room was quite worn and stained and would benefit from being replaced. This seems like a relatively simple and inexpensive improvement that could make a noticeable difference to the guest experience.
Finally, it would be a nice enhancement if rooms were equipped with a small coffee machine rather than a kettle and instant coffee sachets.

Lovely location and most of all Lovely stuff if it’s like you’re becoming friends of them but the professional very helpful the hotel itself the lobby is fantastic. You have many choices to cheer and really good value for money. I love the free kit, Kat bottles water ha ha ha ha.
Maybe a little bit date of the carpet, especially update or refurbishment of the carpet it’s getting dirty and the toilet need upgrade but no big deal
