Worst hotel in Agadir!
Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

Rude staff members from reception to restaurants!
Food was really bad, limited drinks, not all inclusive worthy! You get a tip plate put in front of your face before dessert!!?
Dirty bedrooms, no warm water, old bed covers (allergic to wool).
The staffs aren't trained or motivated at all!
I guess that's what happens when the bank owned the hotel.

Pros:

Ter tudo o que precisava dentro das instalações.
O valor que pagamos justifica bastante o que recebemos. Comida estava ok, piscinas sempre limpas todas as manhãs e funcionários simpáticos.
Perfeito para uns dias de lazer e sem preocupações.

Nice animation team and overall nice pool. Ok for what you pay, so dont expect too much.

Cons:

The are no (or very few) ramps for trolleys. The restaurant are has no ventilation and where the food is is very smokey and smelly. Quality of food is ok but there no much offer.

La ubicacion estaba bien, el personal del comedor son serviable,y simpatico

Cons:

El personal de la recepcion, estan perdidos. Cuando hay un grupo de huespedes se olvidan completamente de los demas clientes. Me han hecho esperar mas de 4 horas para hacer mi check in. Horrible. No les funciona el datafono y me cobraron en dirhams con una comesion elevada.
