I loved the layout of the overall complex . The pools , the pool bar , the differant blocks of accomodation . The entertainment was very enjoyable both day and night . I loved the variety of interaction with the guests , the dance routines were great fun .

My bestie and I av travelled the world staying in 2 3 4 5 star hotels some self catering b an b all inclusive some pre booked for months and some late deals we are not fussy ladies the basics do for us but we just returned from a week at Caribbean Village resort and I'm speechless arrived they gave us a room which was unacceptable so we asked for a change the man at reception was not happy thou the key at us onto desk so the 2nd room was not good either but we decided to just stay put has soon has you entered the room you could smell the sewers we had no hot water all week the sink tap neva ran at all it was advised to not drink the water but there was no bottled water to start us off you could tell the room had not been cleaned the food was same every day its lucky we like salad staff very rude only one bar for all resort plus one set toilets which was always dirty and unless you paid barmen you waited a very very long time to be served there was no queue system the pictures you see on line are DEFFINATLY not what you arrived too there's are many steps around which are unavoidable staff rude an unhelpful entertainment team are not bad but relia on tourist to do the show drinks when you can get one are not good we brought some at airport so we used that just had Cole ice from bar when could pools there are 4 and all clean sunbeds plenty too but not very clean no pool towels so bring your own if you book this hotel then remember you were told about issues it was our 1st trip to morroco an it has put us off going back but we travel an try anywhere so we be ok for holidays
Just sad it was made so unacceptable that problems were not sorted out

We stayed from 15th of June to 22nd of June i no it's 3 star but even thats to high for that place im not a fussy person but come on no hot shower for a week every time we went out an came.back the room smelt like the sewers no bottled water in rooms an no mini fridge as it states 1 bar not a range of bars as it states no telephone to phone reception as it states an on the very last day as you need to shower to travel home no water at all told reception all they said was yes no water big problem which I think they k ew about because a few days before we left they started gigging a trench all round the block we was in I couldn't wait to leave there

Very noisy during day......no rest between 12 to 12 everyday. No need for microphone speakers to be do loud, cannot rest, cannot relax on holiday.

this hotel doesn't deserve the poor reviews! we've just got back from a week here with kids aged 3 & 6.
Staff all very friendly, amazing English and very hard working. grounds people, cleaners, reception, restaurants, pool cleaners, spa staff. All fab!
The room was clean, cool (no air con), no bugs - zero complaints.
I had a spa treatment for my birthday and amazing value and very relaxing!
The food was great! loads of options and variety each day. I have a fussy beige child and she was absolutely fine! - snack bar was pretty poor but we only used once to try. we didn't require as full enough from main meals. we also didn't try the bookable restaurants so can't comment.
location was great. 5/10 minute walk to the beach had its own sectioned off but for the hotel - we didn't use.
only couple downsides if I was being picky -
* no wifi in rooms (I saw this as a good time to reduce screen time)
*blonde hair started to go green by the end of the week (the pools were cleaned hoovered and cleaned daily and didn't feel over chlorinated - no sore eyes or skin)
*several fights from mid aged adults this obviously wasn't any fault of hotel but the people staying there.
we would definitely recommend this hotel - insane value for money, clean and good staff!!

Dont take any notice of the bad reviews! We are here at the moment, yes a bit dated but very clean its lovely here x staff are really friendly and very polite x food is varied and delicious x room cleaned daily and infact the whole place is clean. A few cats that dont bother you. Lots and lots of steps thats the only problem so not very convenient for disabled people. All in all we are having a super time!!!!!
