Malgré des manquements au niveau mobilier et restauration, j’ai passé un bon séjour .

Le site et les espaces verts très bien entretenus

Cons:

Le grand salon situé à l’accueil mérite urgemment d’être rénové car démodé, dégradé, usé, imprégné d’une odeur de tabac froid, ce qui en fait un lieu non convivial. De même le bar qui l’accompagne ainsi que le coin bibliothèque semblent à l’abandon et ne sont pas accueillants non plus.
La restauration manque cruellement de vaisselle, on déplore l’absence de verre (remplacé par des gobelets en plastique) idem pour les couverts (cuillères en plastique).

Verschrikkelijk.
Pros:

Het personeel aan de balie probeerde wel te helpen maar konde eigenlijk ook niet doen het hotel is enorm slecht nog nooit meegemaakt..

Cons:

Het hotel is zeker geen aanrader.. op foto’s leek het mee te vallen maar het was verschrikkelijk als we daar uiteindelijk waren geen warm water om te douche stinkende kamers harde bedden.. mijn stijltang is ook gestolen door 1 van de poetsvrouwen en het hotel gaat daar niet in mij zij blijven zeggen dat niemand het gestolen heeft.

Beenbefore 3 times but normily when kids are there and entertainment was brill . This time not many kids and full of pissheads These people drunk by 2 pm spoiled it for others . Staf dident care just gave em moor . Entertainment which is norm brill was same same every night and got boring by end of week . Met friends from last year and two new people and every one pissed of with it by day And show night pretty much same as last visit and those people banging drums just goes on far to long going table to table to collect money then doing show . Hotel pay em cut the table scrounging and let em do the show . Very very disapointed this time and ive recomended the hotel for years to many .

Very run down in need of lots of repair and could do with better food options

The entertainment team in the evening

Cons:

No snack bar between meals so if you missed the dinning time there was nothing. The food was terrible in compared to other hotels in morocco, the reception smelled of cat wee and had water leaks. My room had no hot water for the first day and the door would get stuck closed at the bottom. And the rooms are not clean very run down
