Spacious, comfortable rooms, friendly, great entertainment team, friendly helpful staff, plenty food and drink choices, resident camel, near to the beach and shops
Property tired and need of maintenance
The only positive was the staff who were friendly.
Generally a poor experience. The hotel is outdated. Rooms were not clean. Food and drinks selection was very limited.
Okna w pokoju w czasie burzy piaskowej prawie wypadły z futryn.
Very cheap so you get what you pay for , I found it had improved. I think people expect too much for the cost of it
Three stars is a push but for the money you pay it’s great value. Is the food amazing? No, but it’s edible. Are the rooms luxury? No, but they will do. The pools are nice (pro tip, find the small quieter pools if you’re not into the Benidorm vibe) the staff are great and the beer (when available) is cold. If you just need a room as a base while you sit yourself poolside then there’s no problem.
It’s dated, it could do with millions being spent modernising but you get what you pay for.
Catastrophique
Insalubre, hôtel qui tombe en ruine. Personnel incompétent.
The pools were lovely, clean and everyone was very friendly
The place needs a really big update and revamp.
The hotel is a one star hotel
Nothing everything is so outdated
Położenie w zielonym ogrodzie.czystosc i dbałość o teren.fajne baseny.atmosfera wakacyjna.dobra kuchnia.
Tylko położenie pokoju - widok na zaplecze.Pokoj bez słońca.natomiast czysty i zadbany.umeblowanie stary styl ale nie ma co marudzić.
Completely rubbish hotel. Nothing good about it, from the resort, staff or food.
Food always cold only tried it 2 times and for the rest of the trip had to eat from outside so all inclusive went to waste. Room service rubbish as sheets never changed for the whole 7 days that we were there. No hand dryer no kettle and when asked we were told extra charges. Cannot say anything good about this place.
In the mornings a guy on an ancient bike disturbs all the late sleeper with the loud exhaust pipe which is nothing modified just old and not been bothered to be fixed.
Nothing good about it. Avoid at all costs.
Not a great place to stay. Check in was slow as they only had 1 pen available to fill out the info forms and there were 3 of us.
Room was basic and a bit odd. They seem to like steps and the bed was on a raised step up platform and the balcony had a step down! The TV in my room was a 25 year old CRT with no remote. (See picture) I had a bad case of ants in the room that woke me up in the night as they were in my bed. I had to go out the next day and buy some insect spray from the hotel shop. This seemed to cure the problem. The room was generally clean and the cleaner did a great job each day.
The food wasn’t great. Lots of choices if you like salads and lots of fish and chicken etc.
As for the drinks available, all drinks were in hard plastic tumblers even if you are in the lobby bar. The main problem with that is the beer goes flat almost immediately and you can smell the last drink that was in the tumbler especially if it was Pastis which is popular as there are a lot of French people staying there.
A word of warning, don’t book trips from the guy there. His name is Omar. We booked 2 trips with him which had to be paid in cash! He didnt take our names, room numbers or contact details. When the vehicles turn up to collect you for the trip they were calling out names which was confusing for use as we didnt give any details. The trip we booked to paradise valley was a 8:30am pick up. By 9.15 when no one collected us we asked the security guard at the hotel entrance to call Omar as he wasn’t there that day. We were told the trip was delayed until 14:30 as it was cloudy. If we didnt ask him to call Omar we wouldn’t have known.
We waited at 14:30 as advised and by 15:00 a minibus turned up and the driver asked for the 3 passengers to Paradise Valley so we boarded the vehicle. After we had travelled about 6 miles the driver had a phone call to say he had the wrong 3 passengers and that the correct 3 passengers at our hotel were at another entrance. So we turned around back to the hotel where we were told to get off and wait for the correct vehicle. Eventually a car arrived and took us to meet the correct minibus to continue our trip.
If you do book with Omar then make sure you give him your details.
The pool area was very busy at the end of the week as school half term was starting in the UK. Be prepared for the 12pm and 3pm Agadir dance routine every day.
My experience was amazing I would definitely not take any notice of the negative reviews. The hotel is fairly priced and I had a fantastic time. The hotel is clean, friendly and I found the food lovely and the waiters friendly and welcoming. This was my first solo holiday and so glad I chose this hotel I felt very safe. The bar staff were trying their best but another couple of bar staff would be better so people aren’t waiting. My room was basic but comfortable and the maids were really nice. I saw about 4 cats so hardly “full of cats”, I met some great people and the location is perfect. I would definitely recommend. The transfers were incredible and Morocco I will see you soon 😍
