Harika bir otel. Tarihe yolculuk yapıyorsunuz. Muhteşem bir manzarası var.

We stayed here for 4 nights and we love how it is close to so many restaurants, landmarks and even a nice park if you want to unwind after the long walk. The street made us feel safe and lots of people everywhere even around 1am so you can really do a lot of fun things!

Nous avons réservé 2 chambres triple équipée chacune d'un lit double et d'un lit simple.
A notre arrivée, il nous est attribué 2 chambres : l'une d'entre elle est équipée de 3 lits simples et l'autre que d'un lit double.
Nous allons porté une réclamation : ils avaient estimé qu'étant 4, cela nous conviendrait. Pas de solution possible car pas de chambres disponibles. Nous sommes donc restées avec ces chambres après une heure de discussion.
TV qu'en turc.
Besoin de clim, pas télécommande que je suis obligée d'aller réclamer à l'accueil - celle de l'une des chambres ne fonctionnait pas.
Chambre 305 : un bruit de chauffe-eau qui se met en route toutes les 10 secondes matin et soir, insupportable!!
On entend les gens parler.
La salle de bain faisait 3m2, le lavabo est un lave-mains, impossible de se laver ne serait-ce que le visage sans en mettre partout ; joints noirs de champignons.
Petit-dej' pas très varié mais suffisant pour bien démarrer la journée (olives, fêta, pain, beurre, miel, œufs, fromage, ...).
Je n'y retournerai pas.

L’hôtel est pratique du fait de la proximité établissement à visiter (le vieux Istanbul).
Pour le reste il y a des améliorations à faire surtout la salle de bain.

There wasn't anything unique in the proper. Rooms were really small, bathrooms very tiny, Breakfast has lot of small items but my family did not like most of these items except the eggs, coffee and drinks.
Our air conditioning was not working and it was terrible to sleep in 28'C temperature. Air condition fan only was working but it was set on 15 minutes timmer which the manager could not change, so we have a very disturb sleep and have to wake up a few time to turn the fan on. I have reported a few times about AC and both morning and evening mangers kept on saying that they have called service engineer and this will be fixed. The service engineer did not show up until day 3 . He fixed the AC and we thought this would be nice but after half an hour there was water dribbling from the AC . The manger has to call the service engineer back who fixed that issue as we left the hotel for shopping. When we came back in the evening, air conditioner was not working again . When we reported this issue again , the morning manager became angry and said what are we doing with the AC? Anyways , he called the service engineer again who fixed this on day 4 again. The only time AC worked was last night before we left.
Also on the web site , this was mentioned to do the house keeping every 2 days but bed sheets and towels were not changes even with my repeated requests until day 4 .
I would not recommend anyone to go to this hotel. The management is rude and unhelpful and amenities poor

Franchement je m’attendais à mieux, la chambre n’était pas celle que nous avons commandé, on s’est retrouvé avec un lit pliable. Petit déjeuner modeste et toujours le même, à 9h30 y’a plus rien L’hôtel se trouve tout en bas du coup il faut monter plusieurs pentes raides pour arriver sur la place. La Clim ne marche pas bien. Les serviettes ne sont pas changées tous les jours. Le transfert aéroport - hôtel un des points positif du voyage.

Very good reception area. Exceptionally helpful reception staff. Performance of domestic staff needs considerable improvement. Bed not made on the first day; bathroom not cleaned.
Basement dining area very pleasant and well maintained. A well presented cold buffet for breakfast would benefit from a selection of fresh fruit. The hot buffet items were barely above room temperature and so not very pleasant to eat.
The hotel is ideally located for easy access on foot to the major sites in Sultanahmet; Aya Sophia and even Topkapi Palace.
In sum a very pleasant small hotel despite the above criticisms.

Smelly all the way, cockroach like insects in the bathroom which was slippery. There was little space to put my staff, dirty curtains, broken and noisy ac. Went to stay there 5 days, couldn’t stay 4 hours. Talked to the owner, he refused to refund me, showed me another with a higher price,The accompanying staff as well as I were unable to turn on the ac after several minutes. It was 4 hours of nightmare. Forced to book another hotel with my pregnant wife. Had a chat with Expedia for a refund and they needed approval from someone in the hotel, the owner/manager refused to do anything. It was hell of an experience

Muy recomendable, personal muy amable y además tuvieron el detalle de hacernos un upgrade de habitación sin coste adicional. Bien ubicado y limpio, nos ayudaron también con el transfer al aeropuerto. Muchas gracias!
