Ocean avenue is walkable from there. Front desk provided nice map and orientation to the area. Room above could be heard walking around in the middle of the night.

A conveniently placed inn for exploring kennebunkport. Very comfortable bed! Great jetted bath and shower. Ok basic breakfast. Good coffee. Lovely staff. Alison’s restaurant was good for seafood

The only thing that want Great about it room and visit was the size of the bathroom. Everything was a great and we enjoyed the ability to walk to different restaurants and shops and the convenience and ease to come and go.

Everything during our stay was great, the only thing that wasn’t great was the size of the bathroom which made it a bit difficult to maneuver around the door. The shower was excellent though!
