Pros:

The room was so nice. I liked the separate from the room and living room

Cons:

Valet was not convenient and I’m hoping it’s because of the snow. I wasn’t told about any amenities and came down the elevator and smelt breakfast

Querían cobrarnos extra
Cons:

Que nos intentaron cobrar 300$ extra por impuesto de la ciudad y otros 300$ de parking. Tras decir que nos íbamos a quejar a booking no nos cobraron los 300$ del impuesto y conseguimos donde aparcar el coche cerca y gratis

Pros:

Muy cómoda la habitación, desde la cama, el baño, todo! Estaba genial el gimnasio, muy bien equipado. La ubicación es muy buena, se puede ir caminando a la mayoría de los puntos históricos de la ciudad.

Cons:

Justo estaba en refacción la recepción y se hacía un poco incómodo.

Fantastic place just need hot water in bathroom
Pros:

The space was great

Cons:

The water in the bathroom was never hot and it would get warm but go back to cold water immediately and it would never get hot so we ran the water for 20 minutes and it still never got hot

Excelente hotel de categoría en una ubicación ideal
Pros:

Lo mejor fue el tamaño de las habitaciones. Las camas super cómodas y las sábanas inmejorables. La ubicación es buenísima y la atención del personal muy amable. Muy recomendable!!!

Cons:

Todos los pasillos y las habitaciones tienen alfombra lo que hace una pesadilla que rueden las valijas
