Fantastically located quiet spacious room in hotel with exceptionally kind hotel staff
Pros:

We loved our stay in this hotel. Every staff person we had an exchange with was exceptionally kind and helpful. The pet-friendly atmosphere was perfect for us and our dog. The $15 gift at the restaurant gave us a delicious tiramisu. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location is fantastic with easy access to Dupont circle and many other neighborhoods. We already booked this hotel again for our trip next year!

Cons:

the renovation in the front was a tiny bit inconvenient but we look forward to seeing the updated version next year. valet parking is expensive but typical for DC, and the valet staff was super helpful and kind.

Excellent hotel, close to tourist areas. Highly recommended
Pros:

The property is in an ideal location only a short 15 minute walk to the White House area. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend the hotel. If we return to Washington DC we will definitely stay in the hotel again.

Cons:

Die undurchsichtige Frühstücksregelung.
Frühstück inbegriffen bedeutete 25$ Gutschein, der aber nicht ausreichte. Unter 65$ für zwei ging’s nicht.
Frühstück war sehr lecker aber für gute Esser wenig.

Pros:

die Zimmer sind sehr groß und toll ausgestattet. Als wir dort waren wurde der Empfang und Speiseraum umgebaut, daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Tolle Lage, nah an der U Bahn, kleine schöne Restaurants in der Straße.

Cons:

ein Abend war eine Party im Nachbarzimmer und es war seeeehr laut- leider konnte das nicht unterbunden werden

Pros:

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The suite was a great size and I fell in love with the bathroom. The food at the restaurant was delicious. It was in a great neighborhood and great location.
This will be my go to hotel each time I visit Washington DC.

Cons:

Wish there was more lighting in the room.

Very relaxing, staff is amazing and very friendly. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The property was beautiful the room is exactly what you see when in the booking site. Views are beautiful and it is located in the right spot. So many different things to do right outside the doors from restaurants to walking to DuPont Park.

L'albergo è in una posizione molto buona: a pochi passi dalla metro, da alcuni buoni ristoranti e da un supermercato.

Cons:

nonostante la colazione fosse inclusa nel prezzo, in albergo ci hanno comunicato che in realtà la loro politica prevede un credito giornaliero che viene fornito agli ospiti (circa 70$ al giorno) da utilizzare per consumare la colazione alla carta. Peccato che il credito non riesce a coprire una colazione base.
Anche contattando booking non sono riusciti ad intercedede ma ci booking ci ha riconosciuto un buono da utilizzare per altre prenotazioni.

The staff in the breakfast restaurant try to rip off customers by claiming that the tip is not included in the bill, even though it has already been added. This results in customers being charged tip twice.
