Still trying to charge people extra for WiFi in 2026, after I paid >$200 a night already. They were doing construction work on their restaurant and lobby - fine, but did the drilling have to start at 7:30am?

The staff did nothing to help new incoming customers.
They claim to have valet to assist with luggage but not a single person attempted to help with luggage, I had 4 big suitcases and nobody helped me haul it in from the uber amidst the snow. Front desk was rude and didn’t even attempt to call anyone and claimed they were busy parking cars.

Renovations - I was not aware the hotel was under renovation when I booked. Noisy during the day.
Parking was expensive.

I booked a room for four people with breakfast included through booking.com. At check-in, I specifically asked to confirm the breakfast, but I was told that breakfast was not included. I was informed that the hotel does not offer a buffet and only serves à la carte.

When I pointed out that I had booked the room with breakfast included, the receptionist told me that this was an issue with booking.com, that they provide incorrect information, and that the hotel was not going to deal with it.

Instead of the included breakfast, we were offered an $18 per day credit for all 4 guests. Considering that the minimum price of a single dish starts at $14, a proper breakfast for four people costs at least $80-100. The logical question is: why did I pay extra for a room with breakfast included just to receive an $18 credit?!

Furthermore, today I found an email from booking.com stating that the credit should be $25 per person per day (up to two people). However, when I asked about the credit at both check-in and check-out, two different employees gave me different information - $18 per room per day. This shows a complete lack of consistency and professionalism.

The front desk staff made no effort to resolve the issue or offer any reasonable solution. I consider this behavior highly unprofessional and not in line with the standards of a 4-star hotel.

Very disappointed with the service.

There is currently renovation work on the first floor. Noisy construction starts at 8:00 AM, which can be quite disturbing in the morning.

Poor restaurant and bar. Room not well cleaned

Für uns nie im Leben 4 Sterne. Das Hotel ist sehr veraltet und das Personal zum größten Teil unfreundlich. Wir haben für nur 2 Übernachtungen gebucht und in der ersten Nacht von 01:00 - 07:00 Uhr direkt kein Wasser. Wir haben aber schon am Folgetag eine geführte Tour durch das Capitol um 08:30 Uhr gebucht. Am Abreisetag lief das Wasser im Bad am Morgen nicht ab. Nach einer Reklamation hat es 2 Stunden gedauert bis wir duschen konnten und erst gegen 13 Uhr anstatt 11 Uhr auschecken konnten. Das Frühstück ist eine reine Katastrophe und total überteuert. Bei der Buchung ist Frühstück inklusive, nach der Buchung bekommt man eine Mail, dass für das Frühstück ein Guthaben von 25 Doller/Person/Tag gibt. Beim Einchecken bekommt man aber nur 15 Doller anstatt der angekündigten 25 Dollar und diese reichen nie im Leben dort für ein Frühstück. Dir Preise sind gigantisch und niemand frühstückt dort. Augen auf bei der Auswahl meine Freunde.
