It's a really lovely hotel. Extremely clean and the staff could not be nicer. My room was huge. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice. It's a basic Morrocan breakfast with breads, pastries and spreads. No meats.

Cons:

Unfortunately, they no longer sell alcohol. There's a bar across the roundabout at Hotel Tiznet that's nice enough and they will sell you beer to take back to your room if you like.

The air conditioning seems to be limited to 25°. For a Brit, this may be a bit too warm!

The location, la propreté, welcoming staff, tout est bien. Juste pour la restauration, si c'est possible pour le petit déjeuner d'avoir plus de diversification ( fromage en tranche, choix des jus, etc).

Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. Although this is a four-star hotel, it feels outdated and in need of renovation. The furniture and rooms are old, and some facilities need maintenance. The breakfast was very basic and lacked variety, far below what I would expect from a four-star hotel. Most importantly, the AC in my room wasn’t working, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable given the summer heat in southern Morocco. Overall, the experience did not meet four-star standards.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, notamment grâce au personnel, présent, attentionné et toujours aux petits soins du début à la fin de notre séjour. Un grand merci à eux pour leur accueil chaleureux.

L'emplacement est également un vrai atout : en plein centre-ville, tout est facilement accessible à pied. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable.

Cons:

En revanche, quelques points nous ont un peu déçus pour un établissement 4 étoiles. Le petit-déjeuner manque clairement de variété : peu de choix de produits, des viennoiseries qui n'étaient pas fraîches, et un jus d'orange visiblement industriel plutôt qu'un jus pressé, ce qui n'est pas à la hauteur du standing de l'hôtel.

Autre bémol : l'eau de la piscine était trouble malgré un entretien apparent, ce qui nous a un peu gênés pour en profiter pleinement.

Malgré ces quelques réserves, nous garderons un bon souvenir de ce séjour grâce à la qualité de l'accueil et à l'emplacement. Quelques ajustements sur le petit-déjeuner et l'entretien de la piscine permettraient à l'hôtel de véritablement mériter ses 4 étoiles.
