Une alarme a sonné TOUTE la nuit. Éloigné du centre ville. Personnel désagréable qui donne de mauvaises informations (service de restauration alors qu'il n'y en a pas). Cher pour les services et les équipements

Great Hotel and Location but …
Pros:

Location superb, staff amazing, breakfast lovely, pool and pool bar great, and very comfortable rooms - we love Carvoeiro and really like this hotel

Cons:

The fact there was a Tottenham Hotspur hooligan firm reunion happening in the hotel and the pool area was draped in football firm flags and the blokes were drunk, loud, and swearing - ruined what is usually a lovely stay at a family friendly hotel. Staff seemed extremely frustrated about it all but couldn’t do anything. Really not nice having young kids around that sort of lairy, loud, sweary, drunken, gang behaviour

Great location, Pool and very clean hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean. The pool was lovely with plenty of sunbeds. The rooms were quite basic but had a nice balcony with a little table and chairs.

Cons:

On the Tuesday they had live music at the pool which was good however it was ridiculously loud and whilst a handful of guests enjoyed it and “danced” in the pool for the majority it was intrusive. Also the receptionist could have been more welcoming. However overall we had a good experience.

Very relaxing 7 days in a well located clean comfortable hotel offering excellent value for money

Location facilities and breakfast were excellent

Cons:

Putting towels on sunbeds at 8am by guests was a bit out of hand.. Of around 100 beds at 9.45, 15 were being used and the rest had towels on them but no one was using them
This kind off contradicts the hotel policy about pre booking sunbeds👎

Idéalement placé, propre et confortable. Top du top!
Pros:

Emplacement idéal, hôtel très bien équipé, plutôt bien insonorisé, notre chambre donnait sur l’arrière, ce qui était idéal pour le calme, le buffet des petits déjeuner était top et le personnel aux petits soins! La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement, la literie très confortable et le parking à disposition très pratique. Très propre partout en permanence. Piscine avec bar idéal pour terminer les journées de visites.

Cons:

Juste les WC qui avaient un peu de peine à bien évacuer, mais ça fonctionnait tout de même avec un peu de patience.
