Personale gentile e disponibile, posizione comodissima, a un minuto a piedi dalla stazione centrale, non l’hotel a tre stelle più pulito e curato che abbia visitato ma comunque non è sporco, aria condizionata nella camera e ogni giorno ci veniva rifatto il letto e cambiati gli asciugamani, il che non è evidente.
Sono rimasta soddisfatta.

Cons:

Unica pecca che mi è pesata i cuscini davvero troppo troppo duri, ho fatto davvero fatica a dormire e mi è venuto un grande mal di collo.
Però devo dire che non ho chiesto se ne avessero di altri, magari li avevano e sono stata stupida io a non chiedere.

Very bad
Cons:

I would like to leave an important warning for future guests and the hotel management. During my stay, I discovered that the room was infested with bedbugs. I was severely bitten and left the hotel with painful, inflamed welts all over my body. This is a serious hygiene and public health issue. I expect the management to take immediate action with professional pest control so other guests do not have to go through the same distress and suffering. I do not recommend staying here until this problem is fully resolved.

Non consigliato se si è una donna sola
Sul marciapiede dell'hotel si ha tantissima gente straniera che vende articoli o che semplicemente ci dorme
Io che son uomo non mi hanno dato nessun problema.. per le donne consiglio hetel un po' più in là della stazione (questo in linea generica)

The hotel is conveniently located, especially if you need to stay close to Napoli Centrale train station. The room was spacious enough for a short stay, the bathroom was a good size, and the staff were welcoming and efficient during check-in.

The hotel feels quite dated, both in its decoration and overall atmosphere. There was a noticeable old building smell in the corridors and when entering the room for the first time. The bathroom was spacious, but it could have been cleaner, with some mold visible in a few corners. The electrical installations also looked old. These are small details, but together they make the hotel feel less well maintained than expected.
