Unexpected surprise
Pros:

It was an extremely last minute find after making reservations at a different hotel and realizing that facility was disappointing. Upon arrival the receptionist was friendly and warm- answered all of my questions and assisted and helping me figure out what I needed.

Cons:

The sofa has stains and mattress on sofa bed had quite a bit of urine stains... after getting mattress cover from front desk... we were able to remedy the issue.

Pros:

Breakfast.courteous, pleasant,friendly staff. Great location. Comfortable bed. Rooms, lobby and eating ares clean.

Cons:

Asked for regular room & got wheelchair room instead. Hand held shower a little challenging. Causes water to go on bathroom floor. Room needs beter ventilation too hot & humid. Caused sweating and sleeplessness. We were told no pets allowed, but saw a big dog. No luggage carts available.
