Not happy!
Pros:

The property was clean.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned. We did not receive clean towels and the bed was not made. The commode stopped working and while maintenance came, he did not have the necessary equipment to fix the problem. He said he would be back and never came back. We had to go to the front desk to get access to the bathroom in the lobby. I’ve stayed at that hotel before and never experienced any issues so I was surprised when the front desk staff said that we had to request service for the room. And even more surprised when the maintenance guy walked through the lobby and when asked said “Oh, I’ll fix it now.”, an hour later when we were checking out.
