Would go back!
Pros:

I really liked the huge bed in our room. The location was lovely and we had an enjoyable stay.

Cons:

The lifts in the property are a real drawback. There is an official policy that guests shouldn’t use the stairs but there are only two lifts. This means that you have to wait for ages to get up and down and inevitably get sent to multiple floors before you get where you need to go.

Slightly disappointed for the price.
Pros:

Good room size and very comfortable bed. Staff very helpful.

Cons:

Poor facilities in the room. No tissues, no shoe horn etc.

Pros:

We arrived early before check in time. The staff upgraded our room at no extra cost. We booked breakfast for our stay when we arrived which was very convenient.

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

The hotel has been refreshed recently, so common spaces and rooms were nicely appointed. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty. The parking was limited but extremely convenient if you can get it.
