Pros:

The gym was well equiped, and the romm was nice, the rooftop pool was great. Staff was also friendly. And the view was okay but that's just because the whole city is kind of mid.

Cons:

We cannot have the room before 4pm, and then the room was still not ready; the 3rd person didn't get the bed yet. The neighbour room was not closed, so we could open the door and go into their room. The mixer on the roof top bar didn't know how to mix a cuba libre🤭. Also the beer was way too foamy, though they did offer to go down to the bar for cold ones.

Buon hotel, con ampi margini di miglioramento

La camera, gli ambienti. Hotel pulito

Cons:

La colazione non è all'altezza della struttura, né dell'importo pagato.
Il personale (con un paio di eccezioni) poco incline ed empatico verso chi non parla fluentemente inglese

Boring . But a reasonable hotel for the money .

Location and parking were its assets

Cons:

Service is very slack , especially outside. It was a constant battle to order anything . Refused to play the World Cup game on the TV . Zero atmosphere round the pool area. Just a sleepy barman that needed to be woken up . Not even a bit of background music . I rate this as a really boring lacklustre hotel.

Great stay will be back
Pros:

Breakfast was very good amazing view from the restaurant, wish you could eat evening meal for the sunset.
We were on level 9 great room there was only on lift working so had to wait along time to get to the top.

Cons:

More staff on the terrace down stairs had to wait a very long time for drinks

Pros:

The best "Fulll English" breakfast for miles.
Hotel situation perfect for everything
The room was clean tidy, the shower very good. Bedding and towels excellent
Pre booked parking in front of the hotel was useful
The snack bar was fine
Disappointed because the roof top restaurant was closed.
The swimming pool and sun loungers were good
