The staff and location were excellent.
I dropped some things that went under the bed, but the dirt was so bad i left it there.
The hotel has been refreshed recently, so common spaces and rooms were nicely appointed. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty. The parking was limited but extremely convenient if you can get it.
Stylish Hotel - Great Location
Great location, awesome view, friendly staff, large room, nice bathroom. Close to Gibraltar main square, Upper Nature Reserve park.
Parking is questionable, we got lucky when we arrived. Also costs 16 pounds/nt. No cheaper/easy food/shops around the hotel (have to walk to main square). Ants in the room.
Wij checkte pas snachts in en dat was geen enkel probleem. Ook midden in de nacht kon er nog een extra bed geplaatst worden in de kamer en konden we zelfs nog eten bestellen.
Great location for visiting all the main tourist sites in Gibraltar, friendly and helpful staff , great choice of food for breakfast x
Breakfast good choice.
Walking up 9 flights of stairs during total blackout. The stairs were not very good. The hotel was obviously refurbished but the emergency stairs were not. Blackout was out of the hotel hands but they did their best to keep people happy in difficult circumstances.
Due to an issue with one of the rooms the hotel kindly upgraded us to the Trafalgar Suite which was spacious and beautiful! Excellent efficient and friendly staff, very clean everywhere and a wonderful place to stay thank you!
Room was quite comfortable, larger than expected. They had wall mounted soap, shampoo, conditioner and hand cream which was very convenient to use.
Breakfast could have been better. Also, our room overlooked the front of the hotel and it was a bit noisy as people sat and drank on the outside patio.

Angenehmes Bett & Decken
It was a well located hotel, very walkable to town. Great parking for our car. We had a nice view from our patio of the ocean and the city. The breakfast was decent and typical of the British style. Coffee and lattes were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. No complaints overall. Decent view of the Rock of Gibraltar from the rooftop patio.
Pool was too cold to swim in, but probably due to the time of year.
