La vista dall' hotel é sicuramente il punto forte della struttura. Incantevole!
Staff cordiale e disponibile, camera enorme con vetrata affacciata sul mare e cibo ottimo.
Ringrazio anche per la cura avuta nei confronti di un ospite celiaco, provvedendo per la colazione a servire un cornetto artigianale ( cosa molto gradita) insieme a prodotti imbustati.

Our room was spacious, clean and towels etc were changed twice each day. The balcony had an amazing view of Capri.

The staff were incredibly attentive and really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, they even provided a wrap for my wife when the weather turned cold one evening.

I used the gym each day and whilst the equipment was basic, the gym was quiet and there were adequate weights, mats and running machines. The sauna was also great to go in after the gym.

Breakfast each day was great. Very fresh, good selection and again, nothing was too much trouble. My wife is gluten free and they made her bread and cousins fresh each day.

Whilst the journey into Sorrento is a 20 minute drive, the hotel offered a free private shuttle that ran regularly. Most times, we had the shuttle to ourselves and we used this service several times.

The hotel is incredibly quiet and relaxing and if this is what you are looking for, I would highly recommend Relais Blu. We would definitely stay again.

It was great. Wish we had stayed longer

Relais Blu is a very special property. We arrived at sunset, and the view overlooking Capri from the rooftop lounge was among the most beautiful views my wife and I have seen. The service and food at the hotel are exceptional. The pasta a la Nerano was one of the best pasta dishes I have had. Breakfast was likewise excellent with fresh orange juice and a full spread of fruits, eggs, and pastries. In addition, we were able to ride the complimentary shuttle to and from Sorrento which made accessing the hotel very easy.

This hotel is well worth the trip. Gorgeous views and a spa feel to the whole place. The rooms are modern and spacious. Good selection of high quality food for breakfasts. A convenient shuttle to and from take us to Sorrento (on their schedule) and the staff was always eager to help. I loved the infinity pool that overlooked the sea and and sunsets.

Second time we've stayed here. This stay was just as good as the first. The staff are so friendly helpful and attentive. The food is amazing and a fantastic selection of reasonably priced ones.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at Blu Relai Hotel. Tony gave us a professional and warm welcome, which made us feel at ease right away. Bianca was especially kind and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Andrea at reception was also very kind, as were all the staff we met.
The hotel itself is comfortable and well-kept, but what truly stood out was the friendliness of the team – and the breakfast, which was excellent! The view from the pool is also stunning.
We’d 100% recommend this place. Thanks again to Bianca and the whole staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

The views were stunning

Not only does this hotel look amazing with the best views of the coast but the staff goes above and beyond. I have travelled all over the world and there are varying degrees of customer service but this hotel that is family owned is above and beyond. I love the personal touch it them knowing your name and things you like. The turn down service. The smiles and the jokes. It feels like home. They have a Michelin star chef/restaurant but they are far from stuffy. The calm is unparalleled. We will be back for sure one day! Thank you for everything!
