El personal muy amable y agradable.
Todo muy anticuado, descastado y sin actualizar desde hace décadas. El colchón muy incómodo igual que las almohadas. Las pareces todas manchadas y la madera toda desgastada. La puerta de entrada al dormitorio tenía mucha ranura la cual dejaba pasar mucha luz del pasillo, tanto que casi se podía ver hacia el interior. Las cortinas descastadas y sucias. Las fotos de booking no corresponden en absoluto con la realidad del estado actual del hotel.

O hotel necessita de atualização em termos de estrutura (portas, janelas, chão) mas apesar de envelhecido nestes aspetos, a limpeza é excepcional

Não tinha ar condicionado e não resolveram o problema , me deram uma ventilador, é inaseitavel para um hotel de 4 estrelas , quando entramos nem papel higienico tinha , muito mau o serviço para um hotel de 4 estelas , lamentavel. Não recomendo
O hotel , a meu ver, precisa de algumas reformas, nota-se que já tem alguns anos.
Como éramos muitos ( mais de 9), ao pequeno -almoço, escolhi uma mesa grande, mas que ainda só tinha as toalhas brancas. Informei um dos empregados a razão da escolha da mesa. Contudo, o funcionário que andava a colocar as chávenas nas mesas, colocou-as nas outras mesas ao lado da minha e não veio colocar nenhuma na minha mesa. Nem sequer colocou os individuais, na nossa mesa. só nas mesas mesmo ao lado.

La climatisation de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas. L’isolation de la fenêtre est à revoir. Il faut payer 1o euros par personne pour un bonnet de bain afin d’accéder à la piscine.
