Wonderful hotel and staff in superb location
Pros:

The location is superb, wonderful
Views and great swimming pool and gardens. Staff were always friendly and attentive . Style and aesthetic belies an earlier period, but that’s the charm of the hotel

Cons:

I worried at first about the bathroom on first arrival as it looked old - turned out the shower was one of the best we’ve ever used ! Don’t be fooled thinking new and trendy are better , not on the occasion.

Stunning Taormina
Pros:

Quaint hotel with stunning views of Etna and Taormina, the staff were all so helpful, lovely breakfast with an amazing view ❤️

Cons:

Nothing, there’s little things like no toilet by the pool and the shower is quite small, but it didn’t bother us, it added to the charm

Excellent location, scenic views and staff.
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, close to the city center, and offers a wonderful view of the city, the sea, and Mount Etna. It also has parking, which is very important for those arriving by car. A highlight is the outdoor terrace where you can enjoy everything from breakfast to an evening drink with a panoramic view. The room I stayed in, which also has a balcony with a spectacular view, is comfortable and very clean. The breakfast offered was very good and with many options. Another point to highlight is the service from all the staff; they were very helpful and friendly from my arrival to my departure. They all deserve praise, and my special thanks to Sávio. Definitely a great hotel in Taormina, and I would certainly stay there again if I return to Taormina.

Pros:

We decided on the hotel because of it’s location and views from the balcony, swimming pool area and breakfast room, which was breathtaking. 10 out of 10! The staff was super nice too.

Cons:

The rooms could use some update and the WiFi was not good. But we knew that beforehand and it doesn’t change the overall experience which was great.

Un gran hotel con buena ubicación y un excelente personal
Pros:

El trato y servicio del personal es excelente. Esta bueno el convenio que tienen con el Lido para usar la playa con todos los servicios, vale la pena pagar el traslado para pasar el día de playa

El desayuno era un poco corto en la oferta de productos

Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich. Die Lage mit dem Ausblick ist sehr gut. Frühstück ist gut, das wichtigste ist da. Frühstücken auf der Terrasse ist toll.
Alles sauber.

Cons:

Es ist ein wenig ein Museum. Hat einen eigenen Charme. Wie eine Zeitreise. Ich denke es wurde in den 1970ern gebaut und seither wenig oder nichts gemacht. Zentrale Brause in Badewanne, Armaturen die ich noch nie gesehen habe.

Pros:

This is old world charm, very 60s. The facilities are slightly run down and dated but the staff are incredibly courteous and helpful. The location and views are breathtaking. The pool is beyond beautiful surrounded by lavish Med gardens and bird song can be heard all day. This property is like time travel to a better simpler world.

Hotel s atmosférou
Pros:

Starší hotel s moc pěknou atmosférou. V zadní části moc pěkná terasovitá zahrada s bazénem se spoustou lehátek a místem na sezení. Hotel je starší, ale mě osobně to moc vše ladilo a vzhledem k moc příjemnému personálu jsem se cítil moc dobře. Úžasnou výhodou je možnost parkování. Z hotelu je to kousek do centra. Na pláž nabízí hotel možnost odvozu.
Z celého hotelu jsou úžasné výhledy na zátoku a z teras na Etnu.

Nice views and clean
Pros:

Good location with great views. Room and hotel were really clean. The pool was clean and enjoyable. Decent breakfast.

Cons:

Very dated hotel. Air conditioning in the room did not work and the room
was hot at night. The bed was uncomfortable and gave me a sore back. The older male who i presume is the owner was overbearing and i noticed his rude manner in interactions with the staff.

Taormina is a beautiful place and the Hotel Mediterranee was a perfect place to be to see it.
Pros:
