Gewoon een prima hotel op prachtige locatie
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel! Ondanks de beperkte parkeer-ruimte konden we onze auto toch kwijt, personeel zorgde voor een plek waarbij de auto's dicht naast en achter elkaar stonden maar zorgden er ook voor dat de auto weer rijklaar was s morgens als we die weer nodig hadden. Ook het ontbijt was prima. Ook de lokatie, erg dicht bij het centrum en de zee

Cons:

Het hotel en meubilair is wel wat outdated. Gezien het prijsniveau mag het wel een goede opknapbeurt hebben. Lunch is erg beperkt (alleen een sandwich) maar niet zo'n probleem omdat in Taormina meer dan voldoende restaurants zijng.

A vista.O resto nem hotel duas estrelas possui esse tipo de acomodação !
O elevador é para duas pessoas nunca vi coisa igual ! A recepção com um sofá com aspecto de sujo .

Cons:

Tudo !!! Quarto com péssima acomodação, péssimo colchão , sanitário com banheira e box de acrílico, apertado tudo velho e não antigo .

We really enjoyed our stay in the city and at the hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is located in an excellent location, the staff is very helpful and caring,

Cons:

The rooms we received are very outdated, and they are on the first floor above the road. Also, you have to take your luggage to the first floor without an elevator, which is a bit problematic.

Great location and old-style charm.
Pros:

The hotel has an old-style period charm and spectacular views over Taormina to the sea beyond. Breakfast on the terrace was so lovely - even though it was mid-October. Lovely roof-top pool with views of Mount Etna.

Cons:

The bathroom in our room was very small and the bed very firm. Some upgrading and refurbishment would be an enhancement.

Pros:

Fantastic sea views. Great pool area. Fantastic hospitality staff.

Cons:

No coffee/tea making facilities in room.
Lack of privacy from neighbouring rooms either side with sea views. Guests can see you in bed. The bushes used as separation screening are inadequate for this purpose.
Breakfast buffet- no self service of tea/coffee.

El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado y las habitaciones son confortables. Las vistas son muy buenas. Es antiguo pero bien mantenido.

Staff were pleasant. We were happy with the location.
Pros:

Lovely hotel located in a great part of Taormina. Very easy access to all parts within a short walk. Staff were wonderful. Views are fantastic if you have a balcony room.

Cons:

There were no room facilities eg. kettle or coffee machine.

A fabulous stay and customer service at Hotel Mediterranee in Taormina
Pros:

A fabulous 'olde-worlde' traditional Italian hotel with great customer service and attention to detail. The views across the bay at Taormina and up to Mt Etna were stunning - both from the restaurant (for breakfast/drinks) and room terraces. The room was comfortable and cleaned (including new towels) every day.

Cons:

Possibly a more spacious bathroom and drawer storage.

Grat location with views of the sea and Mt Etna.
Pros:

We stayed on 6th floor of building with amazing views from our 6x10 balcony of the sea, Mt Etna and town of Taormina. Everything was within a few minutes walk. Hotel is quite old but very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good with both hot and cold options. Special thanks to Andrea who provided us with our morning cappuccino.

Vacation of a lifetime
Pros:

The property is ideally located and has the most wonderful view of the sea and Mount Etna. It is very close to Corso Umberto so lots of great restaurants and shopping and close to Greek theatre and gardens. There are beautiful gardens with vie above the pool. It was amazing. The best part was the warm and welcoming staff that treated us like family

Cons:

Tutti Ottimo! Everything was wonderful! The hotel is charming and we loved it. ❤️. They will even take you to their sister hotel on their private beach. I can’t say enough thing about the property and the staff! Thanks to Salvatore, Rosario, Andrea and Carmelo!
