We had a wonderful stay!
The best breakfast!!!

Friendly staff, quick check in. Had a balcony room , simply furnished but very clean and comfortable bed.
Bar, breakfast room which was excellent fresh fruit, small jot plate, continental choices, cales pastries. Rice, soya, almond , no lactose milk available and gluten free bread rolls
Clean inside swimming pool in -level 2 quiet and relaxing
Hotel should be 3* central location in quiet residential atea with nice local reaturant Quinteira 3 mins walk and Pomba cafe

The staff at this hotel were fantastic. They were all very friendlt and helpful.
The fruit at breakfast time looked like it had seen fresher days, but there was a good selection of other breakfast items for those who eat meat and dairy. The room was a great size, cleaned daily and the balcony was great. The location has a residential and local feel and is about 10 minutes drive to Praia Da Rocha.

The staff are helpful... cant do enough for you... but you do need taxis to go to place's..

Location of hotel is good, but to find a room inside the hotel it was quest.

Was the second time I been there

The room was cleaned, the front desk people lovely. However everything besides were difficult. Limited parking lot , the coffee machine baby cups with high price. I didn’t find a decent place to have breakfast or dinner near by. I suggest that this hotel should offer breakfast to the guests as it would get a better reviews.

Stayed here for a festival so it was close by and we would get an Uber for 4 euros to the main bit. Everything was fine, only down side was a few staff members were very very unnecessarily rude (2 men in particular- ladies were all nice). Like I would ask a simple question and get so much attitude back and loud sighing like I am a massive burden. But apart from that it did the job! Rooms actually bigger than the pics and we got a big balcony which I wasn’t expecting

The pool is great! It's super clean and if you have a car, it's easy to get to downtown.

My room was very clean

Lovely hotel, in the quieter part of Portimao but still very close to the old town and 30 min walk to Praia da Rocha.

Room was clean and spacious, only thing missing was a fridge.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Check-in and out was a breeze.

Nice and simple hotel, has the basics needed for a stay. We only stayed one night. Has parking outside and a pool, but we didn't use the pool as only stayed briefly. No kettle in the room and A/C switches off if you open the room or balcony door. Need the A/C on to keep mosquitoes at bay! Hotel staff very friendly. Only a few irons in the hotel. Breakfast was ok, good choice of fruit and cakes.

Third time we have stsyed in this hotel. Staff very friendly and attentive. Cant beat it for value for money.

Location not great - in the middle of a residential area. Very little nearby eg shops or restaurants.
Not much atmosphere in hotel.
Good bus service to beach every day

Excellent staying. Very comfortable, as considered nowadays with the basics included telly and wifi. Breakfast excellent!! Location also not bad local stores with minimum walking distance. One of the receptionists was 5***** Obrigada Nuno

On having just returned from a stay here overall it was excellent. Alexander on reception was very welcoming at all times. He was exceptional.
