Geceleri hava sıcaklık ortalaması 8 derece olan akşamlarda otel de odayı ısıtmak mümkün değildi , üşüdüğümüzü söylediğimizde elektrikli bir ısıtıcı getirdiler onu da elektrik sistemini sürekli olarak bozduğu için kullanamadık.
Mini bar yenilenmedi 3 gün boyunca yeni kahve kapsülü koymadılar .
Oda aksamuzeri 4 e kadar çoğunlukla halen temizlenmemiş oluyordu
Great location, a close walk to Retiro park and the Retiro metro stop. Very friendly staff. we had an excellent room with very comfortable bed, bunk beds, and a nice window. spacious. Very elegant interior, clean, modern, not pretentious, and very quiet - wonderful sleep at night. highly recommend for the location, price, value, and experience for families or couples.
