Definitely recommended
Pros:

Hotel is perfectly located, moments walk away from the Metro station at Gran Via. A great value place to stay right in the centre of Madrid, with great staff and a delicious breakfast buffet available

Lovely ,made our holidays even better
Pros:

Very cozy hotel,very kind and helpful personnel,very clean with nice breakfast, everything was fresh and the variety changed every day.The location was also excellent for travellers who want to visit different sites of the city.

Świetna lokalizacja, ale bywa rano głośno

Cons:

Mieliśmy pokój na parterze. Ekipa sprzątająca koszmarnie hałasowała z samego rana. Dobrze byłoby aby obiekt zwrócił na to uwagę.

Da localização e recepção....

Cons:

Fui lubridiada, completamente roubada, pois paguei R$ 8112, reais e me colocaram num mini corredor com cama de solteiro e banheiro! O ar condicionado não funcionava, e mais, ao pedir me trocassem de quarto, não fizeram. Não recomendo a ninguém esses hotéis dessa rede Petit, porque mentiram nas fotos.

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, a pasos de la gran vía. La habitación era muy prolija. El personal atento y amable. Para estar unos pocos días es ideal.

Cons:

(Hab 302) La cama y la habitación eran un poco chicas (no así el baño que tenía muy buen tamaño). El aire no funcionaba muy bien y pasamos un poco de calor
