Da localização.

Cons:

Me colocaram no quarto q tem o teto rebaixado, com um tipo “teto solar” bem em cima da cama. Que faz entrar muita claridade, após minha reclamação me trocaram de quarto, mas me colocaram num quarto com camas de solteiro e solicitei na minha reserva cama de casal. A recepcionista trocou o quarto como tivesse me fazendo um favor. Tenho 1,75m de altura e me colocam num quarto que metade dele tinha apenas 1,40 de altura. Também tem em todos os quartos uma luz verde de emergência que nao pode ser desligada, o quarto fica muito claro, pra quem tem problemas com claridade é horrível.

Pros:

The hotel is well located, close to major landmarks, the Retiro park is only 1.5km away. The breakfast was good and the personnel was kind and cooperative. It was great that the facility has access control given the busy area of the hotel.

Cons:

The only thing is that if your room is overlooking the front street, it's not calm and can easily bother the night sleep especially on Friday or weekend nights.

Remek szálláshely, kedvező ár-érték arány, központi helyen.
Pros:

Finom, bőséges és változatos reggeli. Kedves , előzékeny személyzet. A szálloda kíváló helyen a városközpontjában volt, ahonnan könnyű volt eljutni a metróhoz, és akár gyalog is a látnivalókhoz.

Cons:

Nem volt ilyen, azt kaptam amire számítottam.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel au cœur de Madrid
Pros:

Super emplacement entre puerta del sol et gran via, à 1 mn du métro. Chambre de taille modeste mais super literie et belle salle de bain. Très calme sur cour à l’abri de l’agitation. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux.
