Excellent
Pros:

Staff was polite, professional and extremely helpful, especially the evening shift on Friday. Unfortunately I forget the young lady's name, totally my fault, but she was very helpful with a minor issue we had with our dinner order from a local restaurant.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was great, we stay here several times a year and always enjoy great service

Good place for a quick rest, but short on attention to detail.
Pros:

Good breakfast options. Shower was nice, but was not handicap accessible and had no shower chair or bench. Comfortable bed with outlets close by.

Cons:

The ice bucket and cups were in the bathroom! I was looking for it and it was the LAST place I would have expected it to be. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. Cable tv went in and out. It would be nice to have access to streaming services without having to put in your own account information. It was rather far from the elevator to be a handicap accessible room.

turned a bad night into a great evening
Pros:

I canceled my stay at another property, booked at the Hampton Inn; the employee that checked me in was able to navigate and overcome a potential issue, book me my reserved room, only a $10 incidental surcharge, and I had a great room in under 5 minutes tops. Hotel was quiet, room was almost adjacent to the elevator, perfect for my business trip.

Cons:

the "office" chair in the room was non functional.

Great Location...Needs a Spot of TLC
Pros:

Great location on a frontage road next to the freeway. Wonderful staff. Very quiet and comfortable. Within a few minutes of lovely Easton. Close to anything a traveler would need.

Cons:

Needs a bit of maintenance and updating in the bathroom. Mildew at the edge of the shower pan and one of the towel racks-on the shower door- was loose and needs to be reattached.

Not sure I would stay again for the price. Pool was small and breakfast was not good.
Pros:

Location was ideal. Mark working the front desk was extremely friendly and kind! He was helpful every time we asked.

Cons:

Other staff was not as friendly.

Very Pleased in Easton
Pros:

We just visited this area of Maryland, staying at this hotel for two nights. The hotel is convenient, clean, and easily accessible. The staff is first rate, very helpful and aware of a travelers needs. The room (a King size) was spacious, quite and very comfortable. I will recommend this hotel to others, and plan to stay there again when I am in the area.
