Room was nice but the water thing ticked us off!!!

Charged us 10$ for water that we didn’t ask for or want nor did we us any of the hotels bottled water.

Great to relax in, but bring ear plugs of you want to sleep.
Pros:

Clean. Room had a small kitchen, lounge area, desk area, bed area, and bathroom. Great to stretch out in.

Cons:

Too close to I44. About 15 yards from the interstate. My room was facing the interstate. So much highway noise. Hard to sleep. Stayed on the third floor. Shower took a good long time to get hot water.

Pros:

It is always comfortable and the staff is awesome!

Cons:

The dishes that are put away are always dirty and we have to ask for dish soap to clean them before we can use them.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly. the gym was nice and clean. i have been coming to Joplin for several years for a work conference and this year the room had an odd odor (actually reminded me of air fresheners or cleaners used at nursing homes) and you can tell that upkeep has not been happening.
