Pros:

La amabilidad del personal de restauración.

Cons:

No habíamos sido adecuadamente informados de que no había servicio de habitaciones, ni restaurante ni cafetería el sábado por la noche y nos encontramos con una máquina de sándwiches para cenar.
Es complicado el acceso al Parking del hotel, está mal indicado y tuvimos dificultades para entrar y salir el fin de semana.

Memorable thanks to the hotel staff!
Pros:

The hotel staff was extremely accommodating, kind and warm.

Cons:

There weren't that many and any shortcomings that might have been there were overcome by the wonderful hotel staff.

Cons:

El trato de la recepcionista a las 02:00 de la mañana pésimo, lento . Reservamos una habitación para una pareja y nos dieron dos camas en vez de matrimonio y según ella nos dijo que no habían “disponibles las de matrimonio”. Un despropósito para una noche que vamos.
Sin embargo el que nos atendió el domingo por la mañana encantador.
Precio muy alto para una triste cama de matrimonio que no pudimos tener. Solicitaremos compensación y reembolso del mismo
