Sehr Empfehlendes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr Freundliches und Hilfsbereites Personal und Melissa von der Reception war sehr Nett und zuvorkommend in allen Fragen, Der SPA Bereich war gut und die Auswahl an Massagen war auch Toll.... der Standort war perfekt 2 Gehminuten vom Taximplatz und Metro entfernt auch Taxis waren immer vor dem Hotel bereit ... das Hotel Viertel war sehr Ruhig alles nötige wie Supermarket Shops und einige Imbiss und Restaurants 24H gab es auch ausserhalb des Hotels ...

Il frigo vuoto e non funzionante,il bagno sporco e pieno di calcare.Manca spazzolino da wc.Manca accappatoio. C'è sono ena presa e anche quella non funzionava.Era un problema per ricaricare il telefono. Manca il bicchiere per il l'acqua.,

Our stay was excellent overall. The staff was extremely polite and helpful — without a doubt the strongest point of this hotel. They were always willing to assist with anything we needed, which made the experience even more pleasant.
The breakfast is another very positive aspect of the hotel, offering a very wide variety of options. There was an impressive selection of both sweet and savory choices, catering to different tastes and preferences.
The location was also very convenient, providing easy access to most areas of the city center as well as to public transportation, which made getting around simple and stress-free.
Additionally, the private parking was particularly useful in my case and was an important amenity for me. It made my stay much more comfortable and convenient
