the location was very good in the center of Taksim and breakfast was also very good plenty of everything but the staff in the breakfast floor are very rude and ignorant as they insulting us by their behaviour and not listening for what we asked them to do for us so in total i wouldn't stay in that hotel in the future and not recommended to my families and friends. also for 4 star hotel its a pity shame that their room is not up to even standards to rest of the world as we travel quit often and we know what is 4 stars hotel mean and what is the room services as in your hotel the hair dryer are very poor and old the fridge are not cold at all bottle of water is always warm rather than cold room . bed sheet dosen't get change daily . the reception desk staff are more helpful and friendly more than other staff. the price we paid for each night we could get much better room and services elsewhere so hopefully you put all this into consideration for better services in future . many thanks.
