Agradable y con llave virtual
Pros:

Instalaciones con keypass en tu móvil que te ayuda mucho para el check in y check out, además de no tener que preocuparte por unas llaves o tarjeta física

Cons:

El sofá cama era cómodo pero sobraba la mesa grande de la sala, son las 2 mesas pequeñas es suficiente acogedor y se gana espacio

Klimaanlage defekt, hatten bescheid gegeben, hatten nachts trotzdem 39 Grad Zimmer hatte 44 Grad bei Anreise, für 4 Erwachsene eine Zumutung da man über das Ende der couch klettern musste um ins WC zu kommen, Sitzbadewanne war nicht ersichtlich, nicht zeit gemäß. Eine Vollkatastrophe

Cons:

Einchecken, trotz online check in, war keine Besetzung im Empfang (zu normelen pffenen Zeiten), daher irreführender Prozess am Diplay vor der Tür.

De ligging is fantastisch.
Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk.
Goed hotel, maar lees goed de bevestigingsmail. Waterkoker, extra kussens of extra poetsbeurt moeten aan de receptie gevraagd worden.
Wij komen graag terug.

De vloer in de kamers mocht wat properder zijn.

Pros:

- Property is close to Hbf, from where you can reach any attraction in Köln and not only.
- The staff was really nice, everything we requested was accommodated.

Cons:

- In the evening it gets a little bit noisy in the area, sound proofing is not 100% perfect.
- Pillows are not the best but you can survive for a few days. Maybe if you are asking at front desk they can change them for you but we didn’t try this option.
