Comfortable room good location but need improvements on respect of the privacy
Pros:

The suite was comfortable with two toilets. Size is about right. Location but too far from train station and main amenities.

Cons:

A male member of the staff got into my daughter room 3 hours before checkout. Apparently the person did not followed the hotel procedures but I see in the reviews that this is not the only case. Not much respect for privacy and safety from the staff.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage, fussläufig gutes Conti-Parkhaus, Zimmer ausreichend groß für Städtetrip, Kühlschrank im Zimmer und separat zu bedienende Klimaanlage. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption

Cons:

Duschtür hat nicht vollständig mit den Bodenfliesen abgeschlossen - dadurch lief immer Wasser in den Raum.

Excellent location!
Pros:

The location was central and just few minutes walk from the central station. Excellent accessibility to the shopping street. Generous amount of space in the room we stayed in.

Cons:

Cleanliness was good. Although, the rooms do not look very new and the bathroom too.

Very good with very minor setbacks
Pros:

Location was excellent. Walking to the cathedral via shopping street was lively and fantastic. A supermarket „Rewe“ directly beside the hotel made it even more convenient to get the basic needs.

Cons:

Lightning in the room could have been better. The tap in the toilet was leaking continuously. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. There were coffee pods and milk cream but no sugar.

Super zentrale Lage. Sehr schöne Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal.
Pros:

Absolut zentrale Lage. Sehr sauberes Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal. Wir waren mit zwei Kids (8 und 6) unterwegs. Die Ausziehcouch war super bequem und hat zum Schlafen für die Kids völligst gereicht. Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder.

Très bon emplacement mais quelques efforts à faire sur certaines prestations.
Pros:

Emplacement et amabilité du personnel.

Cons:

La chambre n'était pas si propre que ça, il y avait de la poussière un peu partout et certaines lumières ne fonctionnaient pas (SDB et WC).
Le lit convertible n'était pas préparé à notre arrivée et nous avons dû demander à ce qu'il soit fait.
Il manquait également les serviettes des personnes 3 et 4 et avons dû demander par 2 fois pour les avoir.
Dommage car l'emplacement est bien et que le personnel est malgré tout de bonne volonté.

Zentral, Tiefgaragennutzung und super Personal. Es wurde auf Nachfrage alles wenn machbar erledigt.

Cons:

Kleines Bad kaum Ablagefläche besonders für 2 Personen Zimmer könnten größer sein aber für den Zweck des Städtetrips ausreichend.
