Worst hotel ever. And bookings.com will not help resolve.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The air con was broken. No proper shower facilities s d the bath was broken. The fridge was broken so no cold drinks. The staff were rude and unhelpful. It was noisy as the hotel hosts private parties in a small bar area. The pool- only go if you are wanting to be naked.
This is the worst hotel ever and bookings.com should not be advertising it. The hotel has charged me hundreds of pounds extra which they cannot tell me what this is for and bookings.com will not help, avoid avoid avoid

No pudimos acceder a la habitación Check in después de las 11 de la noche muy complicado
Cons:

Llegamos después de las 11 al hotel y no pudimos hacer el check in ni en el terminal ni online. Nos daban error todas las opciones y no había personal en la recepción ni ningún teléfono de ayuda. Al final no nos quedó más remedio que intentar reservar una habitación nueva lo cual tampoco nos dejó el sistema. Nos tuvimos que ir a las 12:30 de la madrugada a buscar otro hotel. He de decir que por la mañana el persona ha sido amable y me han confirmado que me reembolsarían.

It was closer to the chatedral and centre

Cons:

There was no AC , they didn't inform me before the arrival regarding AC , only when I was there. Inside the room was too hot and I couldn't sleep all night because of that and when I opened the window there was too much noise.

La ubicación y que incluyeran el uso de gimnasio, estaba realmente bueno
