Days Inn from Hell
Pros:

It looked nice from the outside. If the room was kept up, it would be nice.

Cons:

The staff was nasty and rude. The room had holes in the wall, and the shower fell off the wall when I cut the water on. The sink was stopped up. They charged me an extra tax fee even though I paid through booking.com 3 days before I needed to be there. The manager laughed when I told him the receptionist was rude and being disrespectful. I needed the room because we had to bury my father-in-law. Nastiness and attitudes were not neccessary and the management thought it was funny. One key to the room wouldn't work. The stay was terrible. We will never go back.

Expensive and uncomfortable .

The new look of the room

Cons:

My bed was broken in so bad we had to lay on the side of the bed and we had a Roach that wouldn't die and kept coming out and walking on the bed. The management was not willing to accommodate we checked in pretty late so I'm assuming that's why, the room smelled of old cigarettes but we definitely had a non-smoking room. I've said it this hotel numerous of times I've noticed that they did some remodeling but they have not done anything about their insect problem and that takes you for me I don't want to bring my bags and bring something home with me from the room so I won't be staying until they get that resolved .

Decent quick stay as usual. Rooms are becoming less comfortable, roaches seen on several occasions, need working coffee

The worst hotel stay EVER!!!!!

The only thing I liked about the property was the location

Cons:

I booked this hotel for a weekend stay because I was in the area for local entertainment. The lady at the front desk has a disgusting attitude. She acted like she didn’t want to work or be bothered by guest! The room was a disgraced! The shower head was broken and I had to position it a weird way just to take a shower. It was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom which I found to be weird and disgusting. There was a hole in the wall that lead to mice coming into the room and eating through my bag I had food items in. The floors weren’t swapped or mopped and plus the fridge barely worked. The worst hotel stay I’ve ever had in my life, I don’t recommend staying here at all!
