Poorly maintained
I didn’t get robbed or kidnapped. Close to my concert venue
All the light fixtures were broken, light switch hanging off the wall in the bathroom. Shower curtain had mold spots on the bottom of it. Bathroom floors were gritty. Towels had hair balls on them. The one mattress was extremely uncomfy and was broken in the center. Pillows were flat and lumpy. The entire place reeked of weed and cigarettes inside and out. Room was musty and humid. AC sounded like a thunderstorm. Staff was unapproachable and unfriendly.
You need to provide breakfast.
No microwave
What I liked about the property was its accessible location. The air conditioning worked great, and the parking lot was very well lit. The female attendant who checked me in was friendly and accommodating.
I was disappointed to find that breakfast, which was advertised, was no longer offered at the location. I checked with the staff upon arrival, and they confirmed this change, so the information needs to be updated. Additionally, the bed in my room was uncomfortable and very worn down, which significantly affected my rest during the two nights I stayed there.

Just the location
They give me a card to open the room, it doesn’t work. Went back to the front desk to ask what was the problem why I couldn’t get into the room. The lady was rude., the room was dirty, crack in the ceiling and all over the place. Room 155 . It’s the worst I ever experienced

Location
Mostly everything else, this place is old and run down and smells like disappointment and Narcann with a side of Crack cocaine.
The location was convenient and parking was available.
The room was dirty and poorly maintained. The furniture was old and damaged. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing.
Location
From the moment I arrived, it was clear this facility is poorly maintained, but the front desk service was the true dealbreaker. The clerk, "J," was aggressively rude and dismissive. When I attempted to request an early check-in, she repeatedly cut me off. When I politely informed her that I hadn't finished my request, she talked over me, stating, *"Now that I’m done speaking, you can speak."*
When I expressed that I was uncomfortable with this sub-standard level of service—which does not reflect the Wyndham brand—her immediate response was completely unprofessional: *"Oh, you wanna cancel? Cancel. I've emailed you your cancellation."*
To make matters worse, she lied about the email; no cancellation confirmation was sent.
Because of her hostile attitude, I contacted Wyndham Rewards Support directly while still on the premises. Support informed me that the cancellation had gone through, but because "J" processed it without warning me of the terms, **I was about to forfeit 30,000 loyalty points.** At no point did "J" disclose that canceling would result in a total loss of my points. Had I walked away without double-checking with corporate, I would have been defrauded of those points.
Fortunately, Wyndham Support contacted the hotel directly and forced the return of my 30,000 points. This front desk staff is vindictive, dishonest, and a liability to the Wyndham brand. Safe to say, I will never return. Hard pass.
