The only thing I liked about the property was the location
I booked this hotel for a weekend stay because I was in the area for local entertainment. The lady at the front desk has a disgusting attitude. She acted like she didn’t want to work or be bothered by guest! The room was a disgraced! The shower head was broken and I had to position it a weird way just to take a shower. It was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom which I found to be weird and disgusting. There was a hole in the wall that lead to mice coming into the room and eating through my bag I had food items in. The floors weren’t swapped or mopped and plus the fridge barely worked. The worst hotel stay I’ve ever had in my life, I don’t recommend staying here at all!

The location was good
I was supposed to have a queen size room and it was a double bed. There was stains on the comforter and sheets. The ac was old and raggedy and didn't work in the room so I went to request a new room and the lady at the front desk gave me attitude. When I finally did get another room the ac worked but there were still stains on the comforter and sheets and it was still a double bed and not a queen and the phone had no connection at all. I went to ask for new sheets and comforter and the lady once again gave me attitude and said that she has to see if she had any. I never received new sheets or a comforter until the next day in the afternoon after someone new was at the front desk.

THE PROPERTY STAFF GOT RUDE BECAUSE I ASKED HIM WHAT WAS HE DOING DURING CHECK IN & HE GOT MAD & THREW MY ID & DEBIT CARD ON THE COUNTER AFTER I PLACED IT IN HIS HAND & TOLD ME TO GET OUT & DONT COME BACK BECAUSE I ASKED HIM TO PLACE MY ITEMS BACK IN MY HAND THE SAME WAY I GAVE IT TO HIM & HA STARTED FLAGGING ME OFF LIKE I WAS LESS THAN HIM & THE LADY CAME OUT & INSTSNTLY AGREED WITH HIM & SAID LEAVE

The location of the motel.
The room was not very clean and everything in it was not in good condition. The bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress was lumpy and saging in areas. The heating unit was not operating well.
