Day 1 - Staff was yelling at maintenance when we walked in the office. Even though ID was provided, the woman checked us into the wrong room and never verified my card info, I thought it would maybe then happen at check out. Nope. We were provided keys but no paperwork. The room had a deadbolt but the extra lock was sitting broken in several pieces on the a/c unit which lacked any lid or covering so the inside vents were visible. Both the entry door and the bathroom door looked like they had been kicked in. The bathroom door handle was barely on. The toilet seat looked as though it was scrubbed with wire brush that is used to clean stone or concrete. There was one towel for two people and the pillows looked like children's pillows. I asked for an extra towel which I received and an extra pillow which I never received. There was an ironing board and a holder for an iron but no iron. There was a knock off kurig with paper cups but nothing to go in them. Day 2 - There was a gunshot outside in the morning and no police ever showed. We bought our own pillow and towel. Day 3 - As I walked to the office, a staff member said he could take my keys. I asked for a receipt. He provided. They charged my credit card fron the booking without any verification. They have questionable processes. But none of the staff were polite nor pleasant. As we loaded our car there was an expended bullet right outside our window. When we got home we discovered a mouse had gotten a bag with food. Luckily we didn't bring it home as a souvenir!!

Terrible room. Light fixtures in bathroom almost falling off. Air vent on AC broken off. Drawers of Armoire permanently open and wouldn't close. Wyndham should not be associated with such rundown hotel. Very disappointed.

Facilities outdated and not kept up. Lights not working, broken fixtures in the restroom, security latch on door hanging on by a single screw, almost gone as well. Staff not very friendly, did not seem to care that our room had so many issues.

Bed sheets was not changed an als the second they put me in smelled like someone has been smoking inside the i reported the customer service representative who helped me change the room because of that I need to change the room 3 times

Hair in tub and TV did not work

When checking in, requested bottom floor room, was not a problem. First room had several issues with it. Lamp in the middle of the beds not working. Toilet paper holder broken on one side. Towel bar coming off wall a bit. Door security latch hanging on by one screw.

Went back to the office and on the way looked in a few rooms that were empty and looked good. Asked to change rooms and the employee says she doesn't have any other rooms on the bottom floor. The lot is near empty and I mention one that I could see looked like it was clean and ready to go. She says well it says dirty that it hasn't been cleaned yet. I told her it looked like it had to me. She said you can check it out if you want but I don't think you'll like it. We went to check it out and sure enough, more issues. Toilet paper holder broken on both sides, refrigerator had the little freezer section completely missing. We needed the freezer section so decided to go back to our original room. The employee didn't really seem to care that there were issues in the room and did not offer any options for moving or helping us find a nice one.

At some point had either a mouse or rat in the room. After coming back from a long day and packing up to leave the next day, noticed bits of plastic and raisins on the floor where I picked up my bag of snacks I bought at Target. Went and looked at the bag, sure enough hole in one corner of the bag and bottom corner of the trail mix I bought.

The toilet would move every time you sat down. Definitely could use a few small upgrades.
