Needs Attention to Detail
Pros:

Peppers should have provided us with wonderful memories for our 10th anniversary. It did not.
We are Accor members, and had been here some years ago, so we looked forward greatly to our stay even though it was a three-hour drive away.
Check-in was efficient, but lacked warmth and sincerity. The room was well-presented, comfortable, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. The hotel booking site had enquired if the stay was for a special reason, so we had informed them of our anniversary. They left us a tiny complimentary slice each - and one can of water to share between us! The Wi-Fi code didn't work, and after venturing back to the Concierge desk, we were told that it had recently been changed and we had been given the incorrect code: small details matter in luxury hotels.
Our room looked directly onto the car park (we had chosen this because we suspected that the pool room views overlooked the main road); however, the curtains didn't extend entirely across the window and door, so light came into the room. That wouldn't have been too awful, apart from the fact that it reflected straight into a mirror next to the bed, and kept me awake for the better part of the night.
I reported this problem upon check-out, so apparently this will be brought to the attention of management. Had it not been for the decor, we could have mistaken this Peppers for an Ibis.

Nice place for a couple of nights.
Pros:

Stayed here for 2 nights in October 2025 before I headed north to Nelson’s Bay.
My room was spacious, clean and well equipped apart from no easily accessible power points as the only one near the desk was at floor level. The room had everything I needed for a two night stay and looked like it had been recently renovated.
The hotel is located in a fast growing area of north-west Sydney and from the groups at breakfast would appear to be a popular place for small business meetings.
Breakfast was a decent selection and a good start to the day. The hotel had free underground secured parking under my building and plenty of open parking on the grounds.
Overall a decent choice if you need to be in this area.

Nice Hotel
Pros:

The thing that stands out about Peppers The Hills Lodge is the people. Every staff members that we came in contact with was extremely friendly, and happy to do anything that made our stay a pleasant one. We had a king room which was very nice, our balcony overlooked the pool area, and the in-house restaurant and bar were just a short walk along the corridor. There was undercover secure parking, along with a Tesla EV charger which was very handy. All in all a great stay.

Pros:

Really beautiful place. Great big carpark. My room was clean and very spacious. I was also very happy with the price of the stay. We only stayed one night as were were just passing through but i would be happy to stay again. The lodge was in a suprisingly location but it was nice and close to shopping complexes and lots of food options. 24hr reception. We had no problems.

Average stay
Pros:

It was average.
It was advertised as having a heated pool, but when we asked, it was solar powered and being cleaned, so we weren’t able to use it.
There was no wifi in the room. There was a note in the room to say what network to connect to, we called reception to ask, the receptionist sighed and said it’s not working. No apology, and poor delivery.
We arrived early, my husband asked could we check in (3pm feels late for a check in), the same receptionist wasn’t too keen to help.
I called beforehand to ask if the kitchenette in the room had pots and pans, the reception said “probably not”. There were pots and pans in the room, which would have changed our plans slightly as we have a toddler.
I’ve worked in hotels and it seemed they just had poor reception staff.
When we checked out, we spoke to a lovely woman - so maybe it was just bad luck

Not worth the money
