Will bring a power board with me in future. Time to properly repair the bathroom.

Location, comfy bed, good shower, friendly staff.

Cons:

Stayed in Room 38 which has had some very poor repair jobs done in the bathroom around the door frame and cracked tile in the shower. All the power points in the bedroom are flush with the table top / bedside table - meaning that you cannot connect a travel cpap machine due to the vertical shape of the power plug. No power boards or adaptors supplied and it was too late for housekeeping by the time I got in to crash after a 17 hour day,

A Hotel with hidden charm.
Pros:

A classic Tudor style hotel nestled in the leafy Castle Hill surrounds.convenient for shopping or acess to Norwest busuness precinct. I also note it is close to the light rail facility.
We were very satisfied with dinner at the restaurant. I think many people came to dine without accomodation booked.
We will be back.!

A thoroughly enjoyable experience.
Pros:

Rooms were very clean, the shower was excellent and the bed extremely comfortable. The buffet breakfast was a great start to the day and there was plenty to eat. The staff were friendly and courteous.

Suited our needs for accomodation for wedding

The breakfast was good

Cons:

Staff made a mess of our room charges, but another staff member was able to fix. Spider webs all over the outside of our windows. Robes would have been nice. A toaster in the room would be good if you just needed a quick bite to eat at breakfast

We enjoyed our short stay. Lovely staff and comfortable room at a good location
Pros:

Staff were lively and the room was very comfortable and light.

Cons:

The restaurant at the entry area was Being renovated so a bit hard to enjoy as much as expected Our room was in a separate wing and the hallway was a bit dim and filled with piles of used sheets and towels so it wasn’t a great first impression. However the room itself was lovely once we got in!
