Pros:

Friendly, helpful front desk staff for check-in. Rooms are clean, well proportioned, spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Very sadly I had wildly inconsiderate neighbours between midnight and 3am that contributed to lack of sleep. I'd still stay here again, in the hopes of a quiet night's rest. Only scoring lower on soundproofing.

All my guests enjoyed the stay they were there for 8 days some of them rebooked after coming from cairns

Wish the noble restaurant was ready I had booked in 6 rooms for 11 guests Would have been handy

Lovely accomodation
Pros:

Super comfy and close to activities for the kids.

Cons:

Chose to stay there for the pool but got there and it was closed for renovations. These things happen but would have stayed elsewhere if I’d known.

Our stay was very comfortable, with large clean and tidy room, and with an exceptional breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional and the room was large, clean and comfortable. It was a very quiet location even though near a major road.

Cons:

The walk from the Metro Station was a bit hard with luggage.

Pros:

Cons:

Was not happy that there was no communication prior to our stay that the pool was under maintanance so was not available for use. Also believed i had free breakfast but didnt. $180nzd for 3 days breakfast was excessive.
Room was way too hot. Aircon was turned off when room was cleaned everyday.
