ZTL Hotel

Great area. Very close to night market and eatery. Everything was amazing. Would recommend to anyone who want to be near by everything. Clean and helpful.

This hotel was in the center of many shopping malls/outlets and restaurants nearby. Convenient location with the subway (LaoJie station) being only a 1 minute walk away from Exit D elevator. Very lively in the evening with lots of people shopping and eating. I lived on 6th floor and it was surprisingly quiet at night. Room was clean and spacious.

Proximity to Metro or MRT is a great advantage for traveler who prefer to use public transportation to move around

This hotel is very conveniently located, with eateries and shopping. The room is a bit dim and the towels are worn. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Location is excellent, next to subway station, shopping and eatery places around the hotel. Room is spacious, however, the hotel needs upgrading. Lighting in the room can be brighter.

Overall satisfactory. Special credit to Ms Sunny at Reception who has been exceptionally helpful.
The only setback was my request in person to the reception staff on duty the night before check-out the next morning for a "6.30 am morning wake-up call' was not executed. Fortunately, the alarm on my mobile phone did not fail me.

The location of the hotel is good as there are a lot of restaurants and shopping Malls around the hotel.

Unfortunately, there is strong cigarette smell along the corridors of the rooms and the smell will permeate into the room.

Location of the hotel is the plus point. Other than that everything in the room looks old, wall paper with water marks. The breakfast in the hotel was disappointing. Overall it's just OK.
