Pros:

Hotel atende de forma geral. Tive um problema com ar condicionado que foi relatado no dia seguinte. Quando retornei foi dito estar resolvido, mas estava agora sem funcionar.. O pior foi chegar cansada do dia e encontrar o problema não resolvido. Felizmente a equipe disponibilizou outro quarto que apesar de não refrigerar muito estava possível de passar a noite. No mais destaco a gentileza da equipe, localização e limpeza.

O hotel é bem localizado, mas a região é um pouco barulhenta. O staff da recepção é bem simpatico e atencioso. Mas, precisei de um travesseiro extra para o joelho operado do meu marido e precisei pedir 3 vezes, e so recebi quase 2 horas depois, depois de muito insistir.
O cafe da manha é OK. Nem ruim, nem espetacular. O apartamento é confortavel, mas necessita de algumas melhorias.
Nao tenho certeza retornaria ao hotel!

Hotel velho, antigo, banheiro velho, tudo mais antigo e desgatado. Deveriam dar uma reformada pois 500,00 uma diária é muito pro hotel. Outra coisa, água do frigobar é R$12,00… bem caro !!

Pros:

The property is in good location and in less than 20 minutes you can go to centro by UBER. The breakfast is good. There is also a convieiet store at the gas station beside the hotel. The only issue that the drinking water at breakfast is not tasting very good. No free water bottle provided at room.
