O quarto é barulhento, ouvíamos o barulho da rua dia e noite.
O café tinha boas opções mas achei o local pequeno e a pessoa da tapioca / omelete por trabalhar sozinha não consegue atender a demanda e nem fui em dia de hotel cheio…

O hotel é próximo ao Manaura Shopping e é bem confortável. O café da manhã é muito bom. Cardapio variado e opções sem glúten.

Cons:

O ar condicionado não estava funcionando bem. Numa noite parou de funcionar. Os travesseiros eram baixos, finos.

Quarto amplo, muito limpo e confortável. Cama boa e grande. Banheiro grande, pia espaçosa, secador de cabelos excelente, varal retrátil disponível dentro da área de banho. Vários compartimentos e gavetas para organizar as malas. Café da manhã com muitas opções de doces e salgados, com tapioca feita na hora. Bem próximo ao Shopping Manauara, dá para ir a pé. Ambiente agradável e bom atendimento dos empregados.

Cons:

A experiência no hotel foi muito boa, tivemos problema com o ar condicionado e vieram resolver bem rápido. Não tenho reclamações.

Um clássico, nada de mais, mas também não é ruim.

Quarto grande, ar condicionado potente, café da manhã farto.

Cons:

Cama e travesseiros não eram super confortáveis, mas dava pro gasto. Pedimos travesseiros extras pois temos problemas na coluna, e só tinham 1 travesseiro na recepção, mas a funcionária logo se prontificou e nos entregou algumas mantas para ajudar!!

Lovely property in Manaus with large, comfortable rooms, rooftop pool, and great staff
Pros:

Staff was lovely. They let us store suitcases while we traveled 5 days on the river. And when we returned to spend one last night before traveling on, they got us right into a room (even though we were there hours before check-in time.)

The room was big, the bed was very comfy, and I love the open closet and cubbies concept. It ensures you don’t accidentally leave something in the closet or in a drawer.

The location isn’t in the town center, but it was an easy Uber ride away and the value for our large room, lovely property, and great staff was worth it.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of - I would stay here again

Excelente custo-benefício.

Agradável, com boa relação custo-benefício, mas poderia ser melhor.

Pessoal da recepção bastante solícito, café da manhã ótimo, apartamento de bom tamanho , com comodidades adequadas. Sugiro que o pessoal do café da manhã avise aos hóspedes retardatários, antes de retirarem as coisas, que o café se encerrará, pois fica desagradável se servir ao mesmo tempo que os atendentes estão retirando as comidas.

Cons:

Ficamos por 3 dias num apartamento mais bem cuidado, depois fizemos nova entrada e esse apartamento, no terceiro andar, não estava bem cuidado e era mais antigo, com espelho quebrado secador de cabelo mais precário. Além disso, nessa estadia, o quarto não foi sequer visitado pelo pessoal da limpeza.
Em ambas as estadias, sentimos cheiro de mofo nos corredores, além da aparência péssima do carpete! Sugiro a RETIRADA imediata dos carpetes que depõem contra a estrutra do hotel!

Bom, mas poderiam reparar a estrutura física que esta estragada.
Pros:

A localização é boa, uma região bonita e muito perto do Shopping Manaura e de alguns bons restaurantes. O tamanho do quarto também é muito bom, com ótimo espaço para colocar as malas.

Cons:

Café da manhã bem básico, poderia ser muito melhor pelo padrão da rede. Jantei uma noite no restaurante e pedi um ravioli que veio com um molho de tomate de lata, além do prato custar 68,00 reais. O valor seria ok se estivesse bom e saboroso, mas estava muito ruim. A estrutura do hotel também deixa muito a desejar. Poderiam reparar a porta do banheiro que esta toda estragadada na parte de baixo. O corredor tem um carpete horrível, todo manchado e nojento, e o quarto com cortinas velhas.

Pros:

Ótima estrutura. Cama confortável. Limpíssimo. Bom café da manhã. Atendimento ótimo dos funcionários. Restaurante entrega no quarto. Um pouco caro, mas a comida é de boa qualidade.

Cons:

Apenas duas observações:

1) O mamão do café da manhã deveria ser servido sem casca.

2) O elevador deu problema todos os dias, inclusive com outros hóspedes ficando presos. Dos 2 elavodores, diariamente tinha somente um funcionando e isso gerava demora pois o elevador é muito pequeno e gera sobrecarga, principalmente no início da manhã.
