A comfy, no fuss, very well located hotel. Will return.
Pros:

The location was great - and the sights were easily accessible. The rooms were big and the decor was good. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

Just be aware that it doesn’t have air con, but it doesn’t get a lot of sun and, although on the top floor, we were fine in the recent very hot weather as they provided us with 2 fans.

Bom, mas no calor, não se hospede aqui!
Pros:

1) Limpeza do quarto e gentileza do pessoal da limpeza.
2) Café da manhã padrão.
3) Localização próxima aos atrativos turísticos.

Cons:

1) Com calor da Europa, em torno de 40 graus, inviável se hospedar nesse hotel, haja visto, não tem ar condicionado.
2) Quiseram cobrar o café da manhã, o qual já estava incluso no preço da hospedagem.

Śniadanie może nie największy wybór przy tej cenie zaś nocleg ale ok, dało się smacznie zjeść. Sam hotel, lokalizacja super. Wewnątrz czysto i schludnie.

Cons:

My trafiliśmy na duży upał, ale nie sądziłem że za tak drogi nocleg nie będziemy mieli klimy, nie sprawdzałem tego wcześniej przyznam, ale wentylator biurkowy na biurku po przyjeździe mnie zaskoczył. Pomimo zasłoniętych zasłon w ciągu dnia, w nocy było gorąco, nie dało się spać pociliśmy się, a otwarte okno w centrum miasta nie za wiele dawało, a wiadomo co jakiś czas przejechał głośny motor lub auto i sen przerwany. Brak klimy to katastrofa!!! Nie polecam hotelu latem.

Berlin an interesting city with a lot to explore.
Pros:

Conveniently located to explore.
Front desk personnel were very friendly.

Cons:

Upon arrival - bed side tables not cleaned as well as basin in bathroom. Personnel at front desk friendly assist with a cloth for me to cleaned up.

Noice in street - staying on 1st floor. Had to open windows at night - due to heat wave in Berlin. No air-conditioning only a table fan.

Not sure if the accommodation cost was worth it, compared to our other stays in Germany.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt für ein Konzert im Tempodrom, auch Kochstr. und Anhalter Bahnhof sind recht nah. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und neu, nicht groß, aber für einen Städtetrip völlig ausreichend.

Cons:

Da an dem Wochenende leider durchgehend 39 Grad draussen waren, war die fehlende Klimaanlage herausfordernd. Es gab einen Ventilator, bei den Bedingungen hat es nicht mehr viel gebracht. Aber von Oktober bis Mai uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Würde ich wegen der fehlenden Klimaanlage nicht mehr buchen.
Pros:

Gute Lage zum Tempodrom, ca.15min zu Fuß. Leckeres Asia Restaurant daneben - Mama Cook.

Cons:

Achtung! Dieses Hotel hat KEINE Klimaanlage, sondern nur einen kleinen Ventilator. Hätte ich mal besser das Kleingedruckte gelesen, wäre aber nie darauf gekommen, dass so ein namhaftes Hotel keine Klimaanlage besitzt! Der wirklich nette Rezeptionist hat uns erklärt, in Berlin dürften in historische Gebäude keine Klimaanlagen eingebaut werden!!?? Die Temperatur im Zimmer war unerträglich bei den momentanen Sommertemperaturen.
Zimmer war mit 21qm angegeben, war aber winzig. Frühstück war sehr gut, aber nicht wie angegeben hervorragend.

Service, Ambiente, Ausstattung ist gut und gepflegt, Frühstück mit guter Auswahl und Qualität
Insgesamt angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage, bei über 35 Grad sehr warm im Zimmer - immerhin ein Ventilator im Zimmer hat etwas Abhilfe geschaffen
160 Euro pro Nacht - erwarte ich eine Klimaanlage - habe daher auch beim Buchen nicht darauf geachtet.
