In a great area for supermarket, transport, lots of food options around, we didn't eat there so can't give opinion, but there was plenty near by. Very comfy beds, and nice and quiet, being able to open windows was super as it was very warm, we arrived at midnight and there was someone there which was great.

Cons:

- ziemlich laut zur Straßenseite und teilweise Innenseite
- Hotel wird von großen Reisegruppen gebucht, dann ist es sehr laut im Frühstücksraum mit Stau
- im Zimmer waren noch Essensreste von den letzten Gästen

Prima uitvalsbasis voor Berlijn
Pros:

Het openbaar vervoer was goed bereikbaar vanuit het hotel. Ook was het ontbijt goed en compleet.

Cons:

Kamer was redelijk gehorig. Ik werd een ochtend wakker door een luide wekker/telefoon van een andere kamer. Ook was er die ochtend een ruzie gaande op de gang. Mogelijk dezelfde gast die de dag ervoor ruzie maakte in de ontbijtzaal met het personeel.
Het was ook erg warm op de kamer, zelfs met het raam open.

Decent facilities, but the staff must be trained differently

Cons:

The lack of a fridge in the room is unacceptable, especially on long term bookings. I had a big argument with the breakfast attendant in the third day, while I was video calling with my kid abroad. Even though I made sure it was ok for the nearby tables that I called during breakfast, and that the volume of the audio was as low as possible, the attendant talked to me, from the other side of the room, requesting that I used headphones. While I understand that hotels might have rules of conduct, especially concerning noise in shared rooms, I found unacceptable for a staff member to behave like that either a guest. When I standed and confronted him on the matter, his body language was aggressive and intimidatory, which made things even worse. I simply left without breakfast that day.

Gelungener Aufenthalt mit offenem Fenster.
Pros:

Das Bett war gemütlich und die Fenster konnte man öffnen. Es gibt einen Innenhof zum Rauchen.

TV sehr klein. Aufzug etwas eng.
