I liked the room and location and I was willing to give 9 or 10 points rating but …

Cons:

On the very last day of my stay a weird and unpleasant thing happened which lowered my point a lot. Not sure I want to make it public though

This followed by the fact the key card wouldn’t open the door at once, I had to try 10-15 rotating it and only then the door would unlock
When I reported the problem I heard : “we are so sorry”. And that’s it . It was a real problem for me
So, my rate is not high

El que haya una persona física en recepción, muy amable y que también habla español.
Que había agua y tetera en la habitación. La habitación estaba muy limpia. El desayuno muy completo.
