Pros:

Great location but property was old, carpet was gross, didn’t want to take off my shoes. Pull out couch was gross, layered towels for my son to sleep on. Over all needs room updates but location is great.

was there for a high school reunion. right by Country Club Plaza so very convenient but the building was on the older side. still enjoyable three nights stay.

Pros:

Old historic hotel Marriott is fixing up; but still needs work. Room was a great size - executive suite. Couch and chair sagged. Only 1 bed had a bed skirt on it which looked dumpy. Elevators fast. Bar in lobby !! Pillows were good. Great location to Kaufman stadium.

Booked a king room they gave us a double. Looked like someone smeared poop all over the bottom bed skirt of one of the beds. Weird smell in hallway. Was given opportunity to cancel free of charge and took it.

Parking was very limited and very tight

My biggest issue is with Expedia, i can't get you to send me a receipt of my stay there. please reply with that information before the end of the week

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay.

One of the staff members was rude—I was yelled at when I arrived around midnight, simply because I asked for assistance while they were busy chatting instead of opening the door.

I also encountered an issue with a charge I did not authorize. When I brought it up, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. Despite not having my credit card on file, I was threatened with being removed unless I provided it again.

Given the unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service, I decided to leave and found much better accommodations nearby. I would not recommend this hotel, especially when there are plenty of other options in the area that treat guests with basic respect and professionalism.

The room was a bit on the small side and the bed was poorly made so we told the reception desk. They were very apologetic.
