Lousy and frustrating on the whole
Pros:

Except location everything is hopeless. Repair work was a great headache. The hotel hid this information at the time of booking, did not put it on website. It cheated us by hiding this important fact. Constant loud noise made our stay miserable. Price was too high for the facilities provided. The sense of being cheated still hurts. Totally unprofessional and dishonest.

Fantastic Place with a little extra cost
Pros:

The hotel is fantastic in all sense and have almost all necessary facilities. Location wise also is pretty nice. Staff is helpful/ Food is very good and value for money/ prompt service/ perfect no frills hotel with clean and big rooms and clean toilets

Cons:

There are 2 problems -
# There is one club in front of the hotel, the most famous one in Lucknow I believe and few rooms can hear the loud music of theirs even from your room

# The reception area can be little better - in terms of space, if a big group comes in its cramped

Excellent property but not value for money
Pros:

Location was great - prime place in Lucknow... though the approach road is not great

Bfast was good with whatever served but spread was limited

Cons:

Approach Road is not upto the mark. The Reception area is cramped and no place to move around if a large group comes in. Not enough stuff to manage the Check In, they sincerely need more stuff in reception.

Lastly, there is a hotel beside Comfort Inn - which have parties every night and you can hear the sound of music till 12.30am in the night

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The highlight was the lavish breakfast. There were many options including both eggs and dosas to order. I would return simply for that breakfast.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay and 10 of my friends also decided to stay there all of had a good time
The breakfast buffet was amazing all kinds of food were offered and the waitress were very friendly

short but excellent with the owner of this hotel. very nice and cooperative person. as well as the whole staff.
Pros:

very near to most of the facilities.

Cons:

in fact it’s renewing and increasing the standard.

Its an OK hotel provided you get a good price.
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and nice. The hotel itself is a bit run down and the rooms reflect it. We had 3 rooms and there was a constant problem with hot water availability.

Cons:

The rooms could have been better, they are definitely run down. The hotel's location is fairly central in the city, however, there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance except for one.
