Prachtig hotel, super personeel.
Pros:

Tijdens ons verblijf was er in heel Noorwegen deze week een staking van het hotel en horecapersooneel, waardoor het hotel niet volledig op sterkte was. Desondanks heeft het wel aanwezige personeel geweldig werk geleverd en ons echt een fijn verblijf bezorgd. Complimenten voor dit persooneel !! Vooral de dame bij het inchecken en de gastvrouw bij het ontbijt hebben enorm goed gezorgd. De kamer was prachtig en mooi gelegen met uitzicht over de haven. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd met ruim voldoende keuze. Fijn hotel, mooi opgezet en mooie elementen in de bouw.

Cons:

Een goede parkeerplek is wat lastig. Wij hebben de auto wat verderop in een parkeergarage gezet (NOK 300/dag), waardoor je wel een stukje moet lopen, maar op zich is dat in Bergen geen straf.

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. The reception area has many different spaces in which to sit and is welcoming and comfortable.

We loved every minute of our stay in Bergen! We will definitely be back.

The location was absolutely perfect. We walked to everything in the view was spectacular.

Cons:

Our stay included dinner for the four nights that we were at the hotel. Because of the restaurant and hospitality strike in Norway, we were not served dinner and we were not compensated so it cost us a lot more money that week then was planned because dinner was canceled for our family.

Un moment d’oxygénation régulation offshore

L’accueil et le service d’une équipe formidable. Et cela malgré une grève généralisé dans tout le pays pour le personnel de l’hôtellerie et de la restauration.

Wonderful stay with helpful staff and comfortable room.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with fresh options. The steam and dry sauna were nice to use. The walk from the train station was easy short walk with luggage.

Ingen belysning/kommunikasjon ved bestilling at middag utgikk pga streik - dette er et virkemiddel som gjorde at jeg valgte dette hotellet fremfor et annet. At det ikke var rom for avslag på pris som følge av dette er også negativt.

Excellent location from which to explore Bergen. A beautiful, comfortable hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely. All staff were very helpful despite dealing with the challenges of a service workers' strike. This did unfortunately mean that dinner was not available. But otherwise -- wonderful!

Great place to stay
Pros:

The room and board option was excellent. We received a excellent breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. No need to eat out. A great cost savings. The bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent. We even got to climb to the top of the tower and view the city.

Cons:

The room was a little small by comparison but we made due. Struggled getting the heat adjusted with their system but after a few hours we were warm and comfy.
