Important information:

Take your dog on a well-deserved vacation! You can come with up to 1 dog, weighing up to 15 kg, announcement is necessary. Cleaning after the dog is charged additionally 25 eur/day. A mat, steel bowl, toy and waste bags are waiting for your best friend (available on request & extra charge). Couple of things to remember before your vacation: please do not leave your dog alone in the room for its own safety; keep your dog supervised; do not bring your dog into the closed part of the restaurant, pool or wellness area. Keep your dog on a leash during your stay and also please bring evidence of your dog’s vaccination. Have a nice stay!

Exceptional, stay here while in Bol
Pros:

From arriving until leaving we really felt taken care of. The receptionist was super friendly, breakfast and dinner staff super cute with our one year old. The food was of great diversity and good flavors. They also had vegan and vegetarian options. The room was cleaned when we were at breakfast, so that was well managed and overall the facilities were very well kept and super clean. The gym is also well equipped. The pool had many sunbeds and you can actually swim! Plus there is the beach close by and location of the hotel cannot be better.
We had high expectations but they were exceeded. Thank you ❤️

Skvělá lokalita, příjemný personál, výborné jídlo, čistota, dostupnost.
Pros:

Hotel je ve skvělé vzdálenosti jak od pláže Zlatni Dat, tak od města Bol. Snídaně i večeře formou bufetu skvělé, hlavně místo pro jídlo na venkovní terase moc příjemné. Největší výhoda-zákaz rezervace lehátek u bazénu, vždy bylo místo!

Cons:

Nic mě nenapadá, vše bylo fajn, na všem jsme se s recepcí domluvili.

Cons:

Der zugehörige Strand wirkt sehr vernachlässigt ..-alte ungepflegte Gebäude..-könnte ein bisschen mehr Flair vertragen
Das Meer ist sehr schön und man kann gut baden

​Food and Beverage:

​Extremely limited and repetitive selection: The food selection was incredibly poor, with the exact same dishes being served day after day, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category.

​Delayed replenishment of the buffet: When certain dishes ran out, they were not replenished in a timely manner, leaving guests forced to wait.

​Additional charges for drinks: I find it highly inappropriate that every single drink is charged extra during dinner. At the very least, complimentary plain water should be made available to guests.

​Parking Issues:

​I would like to place special emphasis on the 10 EUR per day parking fee, which I consider an absolute absurdity and a deception of your guests for the following reasons:

​While the main entrance to the parking lot is regulated by a barrier gate, there is a completely open and unsecured passage to the exact same parking lot just two meters away.

​Due to this blatant security flaw, anyone "off the street" could easily enter and park there entirely for free.

​As honest hotel guests, we properly registered our vehicle upon arrival and were obligated to pay because of it. Meanwhile, others could use the exact same area without any control or payment.

When I asked two times at the reception about this, answer was that everyone pays the same-which is obviously not true.

Opijeni mirisom borova i mora
Pros:

Hotel se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji ušuškan u borovoj šumici, na nekoliko koraka od mora. Jednom prelepom stazom za deset minuta se stiže do Bola, a isto toliko je potrebno do čuvene plaže Zlatni rat. Staza je u senci borova tako da je šetnja prijatna i u najtoplijem delu dana. Osoblje vrlo ljubazno, stalno na usluzi. Mi smo bili u sobi koja je gledala prema parku i bili smo prezadovoljni, jer je sunce obasjavalo samo u jutarnjim satima, a posle podne i uveče bilo je jako prijatno sedeti na odličnoj terasi. Soba sasvim dovoljne veličine, krevetni udobni. Bilo bi dobro da je orman bio malo veći, ali nama ženama uvek fali polica. Kupatilo prostrano sa dovoljno mesta za odlaganje kozmetike. Bazen odličan sa dovoljno ležaljki. Doričak i večera su savršeni. Jako veliki izbor jela. Riba, morski plodovi, razna mesa, povrće, voće, sirevi, slatkiši. Terasa restorana je odlična tako da smo uživali u svakom obroku. Hotel je odličan i za svaku preporuku.

Pros:

Staff was amazing, very kind and helpful, couldn't ask for anything more. Location is amazing, close to Golden Horn, and to the city center. Also, food is great.

Cons:

There were ants on our balcony. Other than that, everything was absolutely amazing.

Molto soddisfatti
Pros:

Particolarmente gentile lo staff, che ha soddisfatto nostra richiesta di avere breakfast box alle 4.45 del mattino per vedere alba alla spiaggia Zlatni Rat. Molto curata la colazione e la cena, soprattutto per l'atmosfera rilassata ed elegante che sa creare il personale. Bella anche la location all'aperto su pineta da cui si intravede il mare.
