Style ist Geschmackssache, ausbaufähiger Service nicht

Die Lage und die Zimmergröße

Cons:

In der Tiefgarage ist die Decke so niedrig, dass man in der Parkbox nicht die Heckklappe öffnen kann. Zahlreiche Striemen an der Decke zeigen, dass ich nicht der erste war, der dieses Problem hatte. Der Rezeptionistin war es nicht möglich die reservierten Zimmer (zwei Stück) den beiden Anreisenden anders als reserviert zuzuweisen. Der Service bei der Anreise überzeugte nicht. Um 22.03 Uhr war es nicht mehr möglich in der Hotelbar einen Wein zu ordern. Auch hier war der Service nicht überzeugend. Der Rezeptionist bei der Abreise war sehr freundlich und hat ein Problem mit falsch zugewiesenen Rechnungsanschriften souverän gelöst. Eine vergesse Mütze nachgesendet zu bekommen, war ebenfalls eine Aufgabe, die mich mehrere Telefonate und E-Mails plus 5.25 Euro kostete. Ich habe auch schon erlebt, dass so etwas kulant erledigt wird und in so einer Sendung dann ein kleines Anschreiben war. Hier Fehlanzeige.

Der Style des Hotels, mit schweren Möbeln und Marmor, ist nicht meiner, aber das ist Geschmackssache.

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön gewesen

Cons:

Die Bedienung am Frühstück sollte dringend öfter sein Hemd wechseln. Das hat extrem gerochen.

Hotel liegt mitten in Euskirchen am Anfang einer Fussgängerzone-Tiefgarage mit zickiger Ausfahrtschranke
Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer-Hochwertig ausgestattet-sehr ruhige Lage
Gutes Restaurant-Gutes Frühstück von Top team beaufsichtigt !
