It was great!! Thanks Marriott!!
Pros:

Breakfast is really premium. Good assortment of breakfast items. Omelettes being prepared on demand. The room was very clean and comfortable. Airco made the stay very enjoyable.

Cons:

The coffee in the breakfast could have better quality. Everything else was very good.

Cons:

Personal maleducado, se rieron de mi hijo autista en nuestra cara porque cuando se pone nervioso le cuesta comunicarse en inglés que no es su idioma materno.Nos retuvieron 300 € como depósito por si rompíamos o robábamos algo, jamás me había pasado. Y la cama era durísima y me provocó lumbalgia.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, im Frühstücksraum und auch im Zimmerservice waren sehr nett. Der Check in und Check out war sehr zügig. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber, die Betten sehr bequem, die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei, super kuschelige Bettdecken. Für unseren Besuch im Musical Dome ganz tolle Lage, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, absolut empfehlenswert.
Und das Frühstück: AIDA- mäßig, kein Wunsch bleibt offen und alles so toll angerichtet.
Ich fand es zwar etwas teuer aber dafür einfach alles TOP! Würde es unbedingt wieder buchen wenn ich nochmal dort bin

Cons:

Es war prima. Vielleicht etwas weniger dicke Kissen, mir waren die zu dick, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.
Und es gab ein Problem mit dem Wasserhahn, was ich aber beim Check out angesprochen habe. Dies wurde auch sofort notiert und ich denke es wird sich darum gekümmert

Besser geht’s nichts für einen Besuch in Köln.
Pros:

Super Zentral gelegen, mit dem Auto zu erreichen, saubere Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, super Frühstücksbuffet. Wir waren Super zufrieden, besser geht es nicht!

Es wurden 50.-€ Kaution von meinem Visakonto abgebucht, bisher jedoch nicht zurückgezahlt.
Die Unterkunft war von Booking mit ca. 166.-€/ Nacht angeboten, abgezogen wurden jedoch 217.-€???
Wir vermuten, dass die Kaution von 50.-€ aufgeschlagen und bisher nicht zurückgezahlt wurde?!
