Outstanding hotel and service
Pros:

Fabulous hotel 5 minutes walk from the station. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I mentioned it was our daughter's 21st and they put a lovely surprise gift for her in the room. We were upgrades to suites and everything was perfect.

Cons:

Our room was a bit chilly so we needed sn extra duvet but this was no problem at all and appeared within the hour.

Rooms were good and spacious, clean but I think they were not warm enough, even I turned the heater to full it was still little cold, so I asked for another heater

Oda, kahvaltı, konum ve çalışanlar

Cons:

Bar çalışanları çok kötü ve kaba. Oda tesliminde eksiklikler mevcuttu, hızlı tamamladılar. Bir önce konaklayan misafirler çalar saati 06:00 a ayarlamışlar ve biz pazar sabahına onunla uyandık :(

Sehr schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage!
Pros:

Das Restaurant zum Frühstück war sehr einladend und auch etwas aussergewöhnlich. Die Auswahl war sehr reichhaltig. Die Frischestation für Eierspeisen war super. Die Lage zur Innenstadt und zum Musical-Theater war super - das war für mich auch der Hauptgrund für die Buchung. Und es gab eine eigene Tiefgarage

Cons:

Nicht gefallen, kann ich nicht sagen, es ist hier einfach noch etwas Luft nach oben. Das Badezimmer könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Es ist schön groß und es alles da.
Die Tiefgarage ist mit einem größeren Fahrzeug (VAN Größe) schon sportlich - passte aber alles.
