FIRSTLY, WE WERE NOT PLEASED WITH THE RECEPTIONIST'S FACIAL EXPRESSIONS DURING THE CHECK-IN PROCESS, IN RESPONSE TO MY GENERAL QUESTIONS.BECAUSE WE CHECKED IN LATE AND HAD JUST ARRIVED FROM A FLIGHT, WE HAD TO CHANGE OUR CLOTHES IN THE TOILET. WE THINK THERE SHOULD BE A SPACE FOR THAT.THERE WAS NO EAR CLEANER, TOOTHPASTE, OR TOOTHBRUSH IN THE BATHROOM FOR PERSONAL NEEDS. A GENERAL CHECK-UP IS NECESSARY. WE HAD TO REQUEST THEM TWICE FROM RECEPTION.

Excellent!
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful. It was incredibly large especially by European standards. A nice respite after being crammed in small spaces during our long trip. It was so clean and cheery. Special thank you to Norvandy who checked us in and kept us updated on our room which was a wonderful upgrade. All staff were so kind and professional.

Cons:

The room was a little warm but there was also a heatwave and it did cool off at night eventually.
