the view and proximity to the beach
The air conditioner in my room was completely broken, leaving the space hot and uncomfortable the entire time. Not good for my daughter or I with us both having asthma. On top of that, the safe didn’t work at all, which made it impossible to secure our belongings. I reported both issues to the front desk staff, but nothing was fixed and the room temperature stayed around 79 degrees and humid. No alternative solutions were offered. For the price, I expected basic amenities to function and some sort of resolution from the hotel. Unfortunately, neither happened. Also, I requested extra pillows for neck pain I was having, and 2 days later, we had to go to the main desk to ask again.
I would not stay here again.
Location and clean
We enjoyed breakfast but we especially enjoyed Ms. Pat, Eduardo, Shawn, and Vicky in the Aviator. They were especially lovely. Ms. Joanne was so kind and kept our room so clean. And she was eventful with our dog!
Three only two small issues were the keys/ doors didn't work consistently and would sometimes need multiple attempts. Secondly, the balcony/ railing was filthy. Perhaps rusty from being close to the sea water but also just grimy- but the view was beautiful.

Very nice area, the beach is clean and not too crowded. The rooms were nice, but could have been better vacuumed (I realize sand will get tracked in but on the first day there was sand everywhere). The AC in our room was VERY loud, making it hard to sleep - but it worked well keeping the room cool. The restaurant was nice, friendly staff (shout out to Eduard). The bar by the pool area was nice. The pool is a bit on the smaller side, but still a nice area. We had a good time

hi everyone i usually don’t right stuff but when i tell you this pina colada hits IT HITS. ITS SOOOO GOOD. My boy Martin did an AMAZING job with his costumer service. Come and stay they have amazing outdoor pool love it. okay thanks for reading good bye

We went to Aviator Tavern for both breakfast and dinner during our stay. It can get really busy at breakfast, so I’d recommend arriving early if you want to avoid the wait. Vicky was our server each time, and she was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. She gave us great menu recommendations, and everything she suggested was delicious. The food was very good, the portions were generous, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable.

Went to the Aviator Tavern for breakfast two days in a row. We had Martin as our server on the second day and he was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating for our family. Our visit the first day wasn't as pleasant, but Martin was fantasic!
