Shortened and disappointing.

Cons:

Black hairs in our bathroom. Turned away from the complimentary breakfast at 10:30 am. Called to ask for hypoallergenic pillows and was told staff would "have to look for some, might not have them".

check-in time is 4pm but we reached early. we are so tired, ask them to check-in early. they didn't. we were in the lobby. it my bad.

Pros:

Very close to the beach. Room is spacious. Nice balcony. Everything clean. Staff helpful and friendly.
