Best Michigan City hotel.
Pros:

It was wonderful. Room, staff, breakfast, you name it. Only place in Michigan City my wife will stay in future trips.

Cons:

Eventually, we had to leave.

It was non-existent.
Pros:

The information I had said the motel was pet friendly, but that is not so. I wasn't able to stay there

Cons:

Better communication from the hotel (I reached out to double check about the pet, and got no response. Also, better communication from Booking.com.

We were disappointed that for $280 for one night, we would have had a much nicer experience

The property was clean and the staff were nice

Cons:

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. The air conditioning was constantly starting and stopping and was loud. The toilet was incredibly short (many inches shorter than standard height). The furniture was all worn out. The price was very high for the quality of the hotel.

Bad experience
Pros:

Beds were comfortable. Staff was cordial and friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was the worse we ever experienced. Dining area inadequate for the number of people using it. Carpet in room appeared to need cleaning. No way to control the direction of the A/C. It either blew directly on you or just shut it off, them it got too warm. Appearance of the facility, outside is nice as well as the lobby, but can't say the same for elsewhere in the hotel/motel. Riding the elevator was like riding a something at an amusement park, when it stopped you got jolted. First time riding, it was like crashing.
Staying here for 2 nights was not worth $398.00, regardless of the time of year and tourism. Way over priced.
I would not recommend this Hotel/Motel.
