Great for family stay.
Pros:

Great location. Loved the availability of a pool and hot tub. Breakfast included and free parking was awesome.

Cons:

Only issue was the shower made a squealing sound when it was run and the Decor was a little out dated, not a deal breaker though. It served our need for our trip.

Value for money and free parking
Pros:

Close to Niagara Falls, great for parking as last year had a better hotel but no parking and had to park away from the property, so this was a bonus.

Cons:

Needs an upgrade, if they spent money on an upgrade it would be perfect.

Inadmissible, inacceptable.
Pros:

L’emplacement et place de parking
Petit déjeuner correct sans plus.

Cons:

Tout est vieux et délabré.
Ensemble très sale. Fauteuil de la chambre déchiré. Téléphone inopérant. Télévision ne proposant que quelques chaînes sans intérêts. Fils quasiment à nu sur le côté de la télé.
Accueil inexistant.
Salle petit déjeuner trop petite pour le nombre de client. Sèche cheveux inopérant. Draps trop petits et sales.

Always a great stay here at quality hotel
Pros:

Location cannot be beat. Free parking, free breakfast is a great value these days

Cons:

Upon arrival we were informed the spa tub was broken. Very disappointed as that was why we booked that specific room. Room was otherwise comfortable
