Pros:

I never thought I would be as underserved and poorly accommodated as in this hotel.

Cons:

I didn't like everything, the room is not as described in the photos. Dirty room, air-conditioning with a lot of noise, the person upstairs when using the bathroom makes a lot of noise and the smell unbearable. I will never go back to this hotel.

I am disgusted that I have received no response to my request for my reservation to be used at a later date, I April/May next year due to being unable to travel.

The room was spacious and we didn't hear people in the halls or elevator

Cons:

The breakfast selection was poor, no bacon, no bagels, no yogurt in individual cups. Limited selection of granola bars and fruit.

The quality of the Quality Inn was definitely missing. We will not stay at a quality inn again.
Pros:

The cleanliness of the unit we stayed in! years of dirt build up in the floor tiles.
broken light switch, missing light shade therefore exposed bulb, stains on drapes, old, damaged and well worn furniture and fixtures.

Pros:

Breakfast is ok, and the location is excellent. Only one of my family room has broken and rusty heater and the floor was worn out in the washroom.

The washroom needs to renovate.

For the location and price alone this place cannot be beat, but the service was also excellent.
Pros:

The location was amazing. We were an easy walk down to Niagara Falls and right next to the Skylon Tower. Also, the logistics couldn't be easier. Within minutes of parking (super easy to find the lot), we had keys to the room and unloaded the car. The 2 double beds were not sufficient for our family needs as I have a son who is now over 6' and once requested, we immediately had a cot. We were steps away from the pool, which my boys were instantly in (and basically had to themselves).

The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially the woman on the night shift who helped me figure out an early morning run route and gave helpful traffic advise when planning the next leg of our trip. We all enjoyed the continental breakfast, which was standard fare, and served in a nice sunny dining room.

Cons:

There wasn't much to complain about here. The beds situation didn't work for us, but that was a mistake made on my end. The beds were standard double beds, my kids had just grown a bit since we last traveled.
