Pros:

Awesome view,good location.

Cons:

The whole place needs a lot of maintenance.
My room had a nice view but needed a bit of maintenance.
Our friends ended up going to another hotel because their room was not at all well maintained

Front dest staff are rude when i asked a question didnt tell us where the pool was sheets had boogers hair and dirt on it housekeeping had to come and change them there was dog food on the floor and dirt housekeeping said she does not know when the last time the room had been cleaned when we asked about a extra bed front desk was rude power went out in the hotel hallway and elevator had to take stairs we was on the 4th floor breakfast was 2 options pool looked like it had not been clean strong oder of chlorine but lots of dirt and hair in the bottom hot tub had so much dirt coming out of it just a horrible experience

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal zur Besichtigung der Wasserfälle. Auch der kostenfreie Parkplatz ist ein klares Plus für die Unterkunft.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war eher bescheiden, aber ich denke, dass lag an der Jahreszeit (Februar)und der eher geringen Auslastung.

Breakfast was decent. Some fresh fruit was nice.

Cons:

Shower was very loud and had little pressure. Provided chair in the room was wobbly. No microwave and pool is accessible only through the outdoor parking lot.

Convenient location. Amazing staff. Overpriced as the room was worn, outdated and uncomfortable.
Pros:

The front desk staff were pleasant and professional. They went above and beyond in accommodating our needs. The cleaning staff we encountered in hall were so pleasant and welcoming as well. The organization is very fortunate to have this team working for them.

Cons:

Signage related to location of rooms was very obtuse. The property is showing its age, and could use some updating. The layout of the hotel and property felt cramped. The room was nicely laid out and very spacious. The mattress was terrible, outdated and uncomfortable. The decor (including paint on the walls), furniture and washroom shows very obvious signs of wear, which was shocking considering the price we paid.

Hotel très proches des chutes du Niagara. On peut y aller a pied en 5 mn. Le parking était inclus. Le petit dej basic mais le pancake extra. Les chambres grandes et propres. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Cons:

On sent que l hôtel est vieux. La robinetterie est vieille. Mais ça marche.

The location is great, the hotel above the lobby was much nicer then the other part of the hotel by the pool though!
