Not as happy as previous stays with this hotel
Pros:

We are repeat guests, have stayed here 7 or 8 times. Live only 15 minutes away but like to come down during winter months to spend the day in the pool and hot tub. Location is great, free parking , and breakfast included, and rooms are clean, usually I have no complaints.

Cons:

Our main purpose is to come for the pool and hot tub as a little get away during the winter.
The pool temp was nice, however the jacuzzi hot tub was not even warm. We called the desk to ask them if the temp could be adjusted, and were brushed off - told no. Told us there is nothing they can do. No one even came to check the hot tub
to see if there was a problem which there clearly was. A few other people complained later as well, and we were advised the next morning when we were leaving that there was an issue with the power that turned off the heater. Someone should have addressed the problem at the time, if they would have had maintenance come to check it they would have known sooner there was a problem, So not very happy with the customer service with this stay.

Nice view from our room on 7th floor.Excellent location. Indoor pool Older hotel with basic needs Staff not friendly.
Pros:

Excellent location. Right across from Fallsview Casino and OLG theatre. 5 min walk down to the falls.

Cons:

Seemed to be bothering the guy at the desk when we checked in. Wasn’t friendly at all. Mould in shower and stains on bedsheets.

The Maintenance guy was great, very helpful. Location was great.

Cons:

Fridge, coffee maker did not work, reception acted as if it was my problem. Very rude individual he was. Not helpful at all. Parking was a horror show. Was charged a resort fee, for what I do not know. Pics of the room are not accurate.

Pros:

Location is good, close to the fall (short walk), and restaurants.

Cons:

This facility needs big renovations. Do not go in the winter. Doors do not close properly, leaving huge area if draft coming from around the doors.
Pool is in the motel are, so you have to walk in the cold outside to get to the pool.
Sheets and towels are clean, but that’s about it.
I will not return for sure
