Pros:

The view of the room is superb! I asked for river view and they gave it to us. The kids are happy.

The receptionist when we checked out is not that accomodating and friendly.

Cons:

The staff especially the managers who were at the desk were very rude and doesn’t really have any customer service etiquettes.

The new lady I don’t remember her name was very sweet though!

The old managers needs to be taught a refresher course of how to interact with customers!

Pros:

We had booked 3 rooms, but only 1 got a good falls facing view. The other rooms were in a different block with no windows. The only glass window was facing the corridor causing inconvinence to privacy at all times. The breakfast was mediocre with just breads, soft eggs and waffels, one single old lady was working very hard to cater to the crowd.

Bon emplacement, service à améliorer.
Pros:

La proximité des chutes étaient fantastique. L'employé à l'accueil était compétent. Les lits étaient propres.

Cons:

Notre pôle à serviette dans la salle de bain ne tenait pas au mur. Lors des déjeuners les tables n'étaient pas nettoyés et au premier déjeuner il n'y avait aucun fruit. La femme de chambre laissait des piles de serviette à l'extérieur de la salle de bain au lieu de les mettre dans la salle de bain.

Cons:

Propreté inexistante. J’ai eu une réaction allergique à cause de la poussière présente dans la chambre. Il y avait même des sacs laissés par les anciens visiteurs sous le lit. Les meubles étaient brisés et le climatiseur faisait énormément de bruit qui nous a empêché de dormir.

Decent but will not book it again.

Cons:

There is a pending $50.00 charge that wasn’t informed to us But still pending . They should have informed us about it.
Also, quite noisy . We were on the second floor and could hear sounds from the 3rd floor.

I would go back.
Pros:

It was what I expected it to be. Staff very accomodating but somewhat reminded this is not "The Ritz Carlton" (lack of towels.. got the "it is what it is" answer.)
