Really disappointed with how the staff lady handled the situation.
Pros:

The location, price and lobby were very well kept and reasonable

Cons:

The room itself had mold spots in the bathroom, shower head wasnt connected all the way to the wall and water was leaking from out the wall. There was no ventilation in the bathroom so it was obvious to see where the mold had come from. There was a really big stain on the sofa that was supposed to turn into a bed and it did not look clean.

Pros:

Pool temperature was perfect, Love that they had a ball for us to use. Great room size for a great price, liked the location. Son even said pull out couch was comfy. Breakfast was tasty.

Cons:

The pool could have been a little clearer. was pretty green and hazy. Also would have preferred earlier breakfast time on Saturday because we had to leave town early so we didn't get any.

I won’t recommend this place to anyone.
Pros:

The location was within minutes, easy to get to and from.

Cons:

When you walk in the smell of the place was terriable, didn’t smell clean at all. When we walked in I honestly almost just turned around and left. The beds need replaced. The couch was very dirty. The price was decent for the area BUT this place needs a major clean up. When we arrived to the room the smell wasn’t any better. I woke up at 2am with minor respiratory issues from the moldy room. The pool needed drained and refilled. My family was very upset when we went to breakfast then went to go for a swim and hott tub cycle to find it was closed. When we book hotel stays amenities is a huge part of booking with children.

I probably won’t stay here again. It wasn’t downtown as described.
Pros:

The spacious suite! Had a kitchen including full fridge, stove, oven, microwave.

Cons:

The lady at the check in front desk seemed bothered by asking her for creamer for the guest coffee. She was rude and hateful. The pool also had a hair piece floating around and kids who would not behave.

Not the quality I expected. Will not stay here again.

Location was good. Easy access to attractions and the interstate. The staff was also great!.

Cons:

I booked a two bedroom suite with two queen beds and a pull out couch. The couch was a total joke. It was sagging, the “mattress” was totally worthless. I couldn’t even let my 80 lb child sleep on it. The TVs in both bedrooms were tinted blue so bad it was unusable. Staff was amazing and offered a replacement room, also crap. Then upgraded us to a two bedroom with two queens and one king which was much better. Overall, not great quality though. Water damage on all in-room doors made them almost impossible to close. The air conditioner didn’t work, no exhaust fans in the bathroom, and photos showing the pool and hot tub are out of date. The hot tub is now concrete. Breakfast was decent

It was a good stay overall!
Pros:

I loved the location, it was centrally located to the downtown area and close to the freeway.

Cons:

They were having issues with the pool. It was closed sometimes. They did email us that they were having issues though so we knew ahead of time. It was open most of the time, the temperature just varied but very cool to warm.

Very nice place to stay!
Pros:

Breakfast choices. Room amenities. Very clean. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Flowery smell in lobby and first floor was overwhelmingly strong. Was there 5 nights and only got new towels and beds made once.
