It was clean and staff was nice

Cons:

Our Tvs didn't work and we had four kids. Had very nice service man try to fix it but failed. Hakf our time we didn't have tvs. Very needed with 4 kids. Finally asked for a different room and smooth from there.

Needs a complete overhaul
Pros:

Easy location from the highway and to get to the arch on the morning

Cons:

Dirty, not cleaned and dated. If I wasn't exhausted and just needed to sleep I would have requested a better room

Parking with exceedingly expensive for the site and as it was gated, a clear money grab by the site owner

Not worth the price!

The staff were friendly.

Cons:

I didn't like the location. Or that the pool was closed that's the reason we booked with them to begin with for the kids out of town. Also they never had extra towels or extra toilet paper for a family of 6. They also canceled breakfast on Sunday I understand cause of the weather. They still could have put out some yoghurt or cereal for the people relying on it. Overhaul just wasn't a great experience for the price. It was 375 for a family of 6 then had to pay for parking too! Just seemed like a rip off. The rooms needed work the ceiling was chipping and the floors were coming up as well.

Cons:

The only professional female working the desk is the African American.The other 3 are unprofessional. I was paying 600 a night for a suite with 3 tv’s and not one of them worked

The BAD outweighs the good, especially for the price (and the price of parking!)
Pros:

I liked that they had available a 2 room suite with a full kitchen, that's what got me interested in this particular hotel. The breakfast was also pretty good.

Cons:

Parking. I was unaware that we had to pay $26/DAY. Two night stay was $80 worth of parking. Also, the place is in need of some help. Water damage everywhere, with certain smells in rooms, down halls, etc. One of our bedrooms had soaked carpet.

My stay was ok, but I wouldn't stay at this location again
Pros:

The room and building needed a lot of repairs. The repairs that had been made was poor handyman work at best. Not what I expected from a residents inn.

Cons:

Breakfast was boring and not kept up

Was a decent stay for two nights. The location was great for Highway access to get most places. Appreciate the continent

Cons:

Floors were sticky in room’s kitchen upon arrival. Was not aware that parking was $24/day in the hotel parking lot. Wish that would have been built into the hotel fee and not a surprise fee.

Room was not clean, body wash was completely empty, there were holes in the wall in the bathroom, hallway smelled foul, one elevator was broken, staff didn’t meet you at the front desk and you had to wait for a while for them to come to the desk, ridiculous that you had to pay for parking, parking gates never closed.

The staff was very good, especially Alicia at the front desk. She is a treasure. The location was very good. The breakfast was very good also.

Cons:

The hotel in general is in need of some general maintenance, painting, lighting, and most importantly repairs to the elevator. One operating elevator for such a large building is not enough
