Pros:

hotel and parking very close to the main shops and bars, Reception staff good English and helpful. Apartment was spotless very clean and good beds and furniture. Only the shower was disappointing, old fashioned , hand held , little pressure.

Pros:

Apartamento em mau estado de conservação, velho. Frigorífico não fazia frio, cozinha sem exaustor e com gordura nas portas dos móveis, estendal da roupa com ferrugem e a cair. Poucos ou nenhuns utensílios de cozinha, não tinha máquina de café, lavar a loiça nem de roupa.
Má experiência de férias em família.
Preço extremamente elevado para fraco alojamento.

A little disappointed
Pros:

We've stayed at this place many times before and were very pleased. This time, not so much. Booked back in March and asked for a room facing the ocean. Didn't get it, got a room facing the road, very noisy. Had trouble with the door lock. One night, at 12:30 AM, took me half hour to open the door. The cylinder just kept going around without latching on to mechanistic of the dead bolts. Also w cleaning ladies were very rude. Once we were getting ready at 5:00 pm to go out, showering and get ready. They came to clean the room, I asked them "can you give us 5 more minutes to get ready", the answer was no, if we don't clean it now, we will not clean it, we are very busy.

Geeat location and very clean!
Pros:

Great location and amazing views on 22nd floor ! Short walk to the beach which was perfect. Bars and restaurants nearby. For the price this was a good choice

Das Gebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung des Studios ebenso. Es war Aber saber und Frisch ausgemalt. Die Aussicht zum Meer traumatic und alles ist zum Fuss erreichbar.Das Personal ermoglicht einen entspannten und sorgenfreien Aufenthalt. Gerne wider!😊

3 star facility. Large 1 bedroom apartment. Close to everything at Praia de Rocha. Furniture bit run down. Sparse kitchen ware.

The apartment was so spacious, perfectly clean, and had easy access to anything we needed. The beaches were close by and a little convenience store was just across the street. Parking was easy. Perfect for a family with kids.

Our opinion the beach with stairs slightly to right of building was the best in Algarve clean scattering of nature stone formations little surf for families 1 restaurant not like the main beach loved it
