My wife and myself arrived on the Sunday afternoon the receptionist was very friendly and informative. The hotel was of good standard and very clean. The hotel lounge was well equipped and comfortable the bar 🍸 was well stocked. The hotel rooms was very clean and tidy and quite spacious.
É bom pelo estacionamento e pela localização.
Hotel extremamente barulhento de noite. Todas as noites havia até às 2 ou 3 da manhã pessoas a falar alto nos corredores, pessoas alcoolizadas, portas sempre a bater, ouvi uma das noites algo de vidro a partir no corredor.... Sem limites nenhuns o hotel...
Ainda no dia que chegamos, já de noite, não tínhamos toalhas nenhumas, esqueceram se de colocar.

I love this place ,staff brilliant, they go out there way to make you comfortable, hotel bus goes into beach and Portimio ,twice aday ,the location is near shops ,
Arrived at around 11:30 and couldn't check in so was told to leave my suitcase in the luggage store. Came back a few hours later to find my suitcase had been opened and my aftershave and prescription medication had been stolen. Complained to reception who did nothing and said they have no CCTV on or in the luggage store. Poor start to my holiday!!!
Our room was full of dampness, I have asthma. I’ve been unwell since staying here. We have had to throw away all our travel luggage suitcases cases ect as everything was stinking of dampness
Was to far from anything to do for kids. And the hotel was disgusting full of dampness.

Floor and rubbish was taking every day .
When you need to use a kettle or toaster jou need to take from the cabord and just one electric socket in the kitchen and in wrong place.
La terrasse était un plus. Il y a une piscine même si je n'y suis pas allé.
Personnel très gentil.
Nuitée parfaite pour moi.
Il y a tout l'électroménager dans l'appart, chauffe eau, micro-ondes, grill pain, mais aucune prise pour brancher à l'espace cuisine. J'ai transporté le micro onde près du canapé là où il avait une prise. C'est un détail. Le logement est parfait

Lovely hotel. We go on holiday 3 times per year however usually all inclusive. This is our 1st time self catering with the kids.
The hotel is lovely, modern and clean. We were really impressed with it. Not much for the kids but we spent most time at the beach.
The hotel is further away from shops and restaurants as I expected. The walk down to the front isnt pushchair or wheelchair friendly. We made it down with the pushchair but it was very off roading! We got a taxi back to the hotel every day so that can add up over the holiday.
We have never been to Portugal but we love it now. Definitely recommended Zoomarina, this was fantastic for the kids, we were off season so it was cheaper. Do not pay for a local taxi, it was 35-40 euros with them however Uber was 14.

Stay away from the breakfast as awful with cheap Lidl bread & ham - not worth the money - bring your own!
Wine was cheap & nice lemonade mint & ginger drink.
