Miło spędzony czas :)
Pros:

Miła Pani recepcjonistka, bodajże Esmeralda. Bogate śniadania, jednak czegoś mi w nim brakowało. Fajnie, że było to śniadanie europejskie a nie kontynentalne. Pokój czysty, łazienka również.

Cons:

Szkoda, że nie było przygotowanych butelek wody w pokoju po przyjeździe. Poza malutkimi mankamentami, wszystko było super :)

Bardzo fajny hotel z absolutnie pomocnym personelem, który odpowie na każde pytanie!
Pros:

Pokój oraz łazienka bardzo czysta. Jedzenie różnorodne i smaczne. Personel bardzo przyjazny i pomocny. W obiekcie jest siłownia ale raczej dla osób, które robią to rekreacyjnie bardziej nastawione na cardio. Brak hantli, ławki czy sztangi. Jest tylko wyciąg.

Cons:

Brak butelki wody na start uważam za słaby w tych czasach. Nie oczekuję minibarku ale woda to absolutny must have!

La atencion del personal en general fue muy buena, en especial la chica rubia con gafas de recepcion,el jefe de comedor y el jefe de cocina. Fueron muy atentos con nosotros.

Excellent hotel will definitely stay again
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and clean, hotel is in a great location. It had all the facilities we needed and the staff were brilliant

Cons:

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room but once I asked at reception they delivered all I needed within minutes

el trato, las instalaciones, la recepción, en definitiva muy bien, volveremos sin dudarlo.

Cons:

Como buen bebedor de café, debo hacer solamente un punto negativo, la maquina de cafe hace un café pésimo, pero cierto que pusisteis en marcha la Nespresso que ya era otra cosa, otro punto negativo pero para tener en cuenta es cuando se estropea un ascensor deberiais de tener un servicio de mantenimiento mas rápido, y si lo teneis pegar tirones de oreja a los actuales

Un hotel espectacular
Pros:

Superó totalmente mis expectativas, habíamos reservado una habitación suite que vi en las imágenes y ya se veía bien, pero cuando llegamos nos dieron una incluso mejor con habitaciones separadas, una para mis padres y otra para mi sola. La comodidad, limpieza, trato, comida y ubicación fueron maravillosas. Uno de los mejores hoteles (por no decir el mejor) en los que he estado y sin duda repetiría. Me ha encantado y lo recomiendo mucho, volveremos muy pronto.

Cons:

La única pega fue el tema de que no se podía ver Netflix en ninguna de las televisiones, se ve que es un fallo general que tienen que arreglar.
