Pros:

The reception staff and the pool lifeguards were excellent friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The breakfast was also very good and offered a great variety of food.the place its in the centre its very good

Cons:

Unfortunately, our overall experience was negatively affected by the behavior of the operations manager. We were staying as families, and the hotel was not advertised as a relaxation-only resort. While we were simply playing with a ball in the pool, the operations manager suddenly approached us, shouted at us in front of everyone, and took the ball away in a very rude and unprofessional manner.

There is a respectful way to communicate hotel rules, and this was not it. I came on this vacation to relax and enjoy quality time with my family, not to be treated in such a disrespectful way. The staff in general were wonderful, which made this incident even more disappointing.

Because of this experience, I cannot give this hotel the rating it could have received otherwise.
