Desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room service staff were very lovely.

There were cafes and attractions in walking.

Cons:

Dark room. It could do with brighter lighting. Its a little stained in some places

Location close to the city and public transport

Cons:

No plates or cutlery were available in rooms. Only had cups and a jug. Would like to have basic dining set and access to these for quick meals when arriving late to the room on check in

Paint falling off the door into our room. The king size bed I paid for was just two single beds pushed together. There was rust on the bathtub. The room was smelly and dirty

Needs some love, but overall good for price
Pros:

Room was very basic, but a good size room and bathroom
Bed was extremely comfortable.
Good that there was a separate shower and bathtub

Cons:

Very dated hotel, needs a bit of love regarding cleaniless and painting around the hotel
The shower in my room leaked
The end lift need, had some issues, door wouldn't close straight away, only 1 person and would say it was overloaded, jerked on reaching ground floor, (was quite scary)
