Cons:

Property only had cooling air conditioning in rooms after 2 days I come down with a cold flu didn’t know you had to ask reception that you could get a small blow heater untill last 2 days of my 8 day stay not happy

Pros:

The staff and the location were great. The room was tidy and clean.

Cons:

For the price paid, the hotels air conditioning wasn't great, had to request a heater. Guest having to walk past very poorly maintained undercover area to get to the carpark, not very professional and the broken doors by the side of the building. The decor is very outdated, late 80s early 90s.

Undisclosed $17 a night parking and not guaranteed, shared with the public. Room was freezing, had to borrow a portable heater from the front desk. TV tiny for the size of the room.

Very clean accommodation in a great location on a convenient bus route and the staff were excellent

Cons:

Heating was poor. Had to get a portable heater in to get the room warm.

There was only one chair in the room. 2 would have been better
