I stayed at the Quality Ambassador Hotel in Perth with my son and had a really pleasant experience. The location was excellent, with public transport right outside the door, making it easy to get around.
The rooms were comfortable and offered lovely views, and there was always someone at reception available to help, which made the stay feel easy and well supported.
Overall, great value for money and a convenient, comfortable place to stay. I’d happily stay here again.
Room was very tired with toilet cistern cracked etc. Mattress was so old & used the springs were pushing into my back while trying to sleep. At almost $300 per night, very old
Perfect hotel for a base to go out and discover Perth. The fridge stopped working one night but after informing reception the next morning it was fixed by the time we returned at night, excellent customer service there
Wifi was terrible one of the selling points of the hotel was the ability to stream anything on the rooms tv but by the middle of our stay we'd given up trying, very disappointing after coming over from Sydney where we had that. No facility for an evening meal or to order room service was just odd, i understand the sister hotel over the road has these but it really should of had them in this one as well.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. It had its own character. I would have liked an evening dining opportunity as well.
The room was very clean & comfortable. I was there at Christmas time. The Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to the function venue. The staff were helpful, friendly & courteous 🙂
The price was a bit expensive.
Location. Free buses from right outside into the centre that come along every few minutes in the daytime and every -0 to 15 minutes at night.
All the local coffee places seem to close by 5:30. Breakfast starts at 6:30 which doesn’t allow much time for a 7am pickup.

The customer service, staff were rude as and not understanding at all, never stay here.
Location
Finding out after I booked that parking was additional cost and that the onsite restaurant only did breakfast. After driving 8 hours, the last thing I wanted was to get back in my car to find somewhere to eat. Have stayed here many times before in the past and was looking forward to room service and wasn’t aware that food services have changed.

Location are convinient to city close by, room is ok and the reception are amazing.
Air conditioning, the aircond in the room won't allowed to control the temperature and volume. Window can't be open and its felt can't breath in the room. The main issues is Air conditioning need to be replace new one. The hotel management need to reconsidering upgrade the facility, so that guest feel safe plan to return for next trip.
