The lovely young woman who checked me in.
The 2 management couple I think they were. Very uninterested and didn't let me in early as I requested even though I was told I could get in between 10.30& 11am. He was meant to come get me when a room was ready but I had to ask at 1.15pm & the young lady checked me straight in & whilst I was there he said there were a couple of rooms ready yet he never came to get me while I was waiting in the foyer like he said. His partner I think spoke to the young woman regrading in front of me & the pair just then carried on talking without a care of any customer service duties.
The room is clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and nice.
little far from the train station and supermarket. It will be better if there is a microwave in the room.

Location is great as we had to go to the hospital every day. Great car park. Room was comfortable. Needed a heater for the room which was provided when asked.
