Buen Hotel para ir en Familia o por trabajo

la Habitación tiene mucho espacio, el desayuno es muy completo y la atencion es muy cordial de parte de todos en el Hotel

Cons:

el Aire acondicionado es muy antiguo, suena mucho y no refrigera , por tanto sientes mucho calor al interior de la habitación

Devem aprender muito sobre empatia e recepção.
Pros:

As instalções muito boas, limpas e organizadas. Muito bem localizado, com área de piscina e restaurante excelentes. garagem coberta e segura. Quarto amplo com cama e roupas de cama impecáveis. As fotos no aplicativo são fidedignas.

Cons:

O check-in foi péssimo, o mais demorada de minha vida, burocrático e com ares de disconfiança. A reserva feita pelo booking, de um quarto triplo e fomos informados que não haviam quartos triplos no hotel. Tivemos que ocupar mais outro quarto, ao custo de um quarto duplo, impactando no valor que havíamos reservado no booking. Ainda foi exigido pela recepção uma calção de US 60 por quarto, tendo por justificativa que haviam produtos para consumo no frigobar, como se fossemos consumir e fugir do hotel.
