La habitación era espaciosa, y tenía un pequeño escritorio.
Las habitaciones con vista a la ciudad son sumamente ruidosas y dentro de la pieza las luces son escasas y leves.

La habitación tenía mal olor y la cortina roller no funcionaba y el wc estaba tapado, me cambiaron de habitación después de insistir muchas veces, avisé a las 10 am me cambiaron a las 17 pm
Pagué anticipado por Booking desayuno para los 4 días , cerca de 19 mil pesos cada uno, soy celiaca y no había nada para mí a pesar de haber avisado. Reclamé y me dijeron que al otro día tendrían, confíe fui a desayunar y habían puesto galletas de arroz y pan sin gluten dentro del mismo contenedor que pan con gluten, por lo tanto, no podía comer, volví a reclamar y me dijeron que el lunes hablara con el gerente. Hablé con él y me dijo que me devolverían el dinero y que el martes me llevarían desayuno especial a la habitación, palta huevo café y galletas de soda CON GLUTEN. Al hacer el check out solo me descontaron dos días, ya no tenía tiempo ni ganas de volver a reclamar
El personal fue muy amable en todo momento.

El restaurant se demoró más de una hora en traer la comida, muy desagradable. La persona en front desk el viernes en la noche de trato poco amable y sin predisposición a ayudar. Nos dijo que el sábado AM había desayuno desde las 6 AM, importante porque debíamos alir a las 6.45. El sábado AM descrubrimos que el desayuno es a partir de las 7 ese día. Preguntamos por late check out y nos dijo que no se podía, y el día siguiente otra persona nos dio opciones que nos sirvieron.
El desayuno es excelente, rico y variado. La cama es rica. La ubicación es excelente, en un barrio seguro y cerca de algunas atracciones turísticas. El personal es muy amable y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos con lo que necesitamos. Servicio a la habitación sin problemas, restaurant rico y variado.
Las instalaciones están un poco antiguas y les vendría bien un arreglo a algunas cosas. De todos modos, cumplen con todo lo necesario.
