Viaje en pareja, nos alojamos 4 dias y agradecemos la coordialidad de Felipe Flores quien nos realizo el check in- en la recepción,muy amable, educado excelente atención.

Cons:

Mi pareja solicito una toalla la noche del domingo y en recepción la encargada solo luego que la llamaramos recordandole, le respondio de una muy mala forma que bajara a la piscina a buscar porque ella no saldria del ingreso.

Hola muy mal ya que page dos veces el cervical del desayuno quedaron de avisarme de voluminoso de dinero correspondiente a la fecha no an avisado tendré que ir al servicio de consumidor la cena oribe

Decepcionante, pero el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Es un hotel muy viejo, los muebles, los baños, el teléfono de la habitación, sillas, muy antiguo. La piscina no estaba limpia, faltaba un poco de aseo en las sillas de playa, ya que ha muchas palomas que las ensucian.
Por otro lado la acústica que hay entre las piezas del hotel, es muy mala, se escucha todo lo que conversan en las piezas.
El internet del hotel no conectaba con la TV, por ende no se pueden utilizar las aplicaciones. Es muy caro para lo que es este hotel.
El servicio de restaurante, extremadamente lento, más de 45 minutos de espera para un plato.
