Necesitaba una habitación frente al mar, mala disposición para poder cambiar la habitación, estaba dispuesta a pagar valor extra pero la persona de recepción muy mala
El hotel es bueno en sus habitaciones y atencion
El ruido no se podía dormir por la gente bebiendo en la terraza a las 3 de la mañana nunca me paso en ningún hotel antes
Primera vez que me pasa en NH antes estuve ahi y era super relajado esta vez lleno el hotel
Pero no es excusa para ruidos a las 3 de la mañana eso no puede pasar yo voy a trabajar y necesito descansar.
Deben corregir ese tema
Muy buena relación precio calidad, ya que las habitaciones son grandes y la cama es comoda, tiene un amplio estacionamiento.
En booking sale que tiene piscina pero cuando fuimos no estaba habilitada, para mi es un gran punto en contra ya que siempre mi estadía me fijo si tiene piscina porque me gusta nadar, pero me sentí un poco estafada por el hecho que diga que tiene pero nunca se me informo que no estaba habilitada, se puede entender que este en mantención o otras cosas, pero nunca se informo al huésped, otro punto es que en las habitaciones se escucha mucho el ruido de la ciudad.

La buena atención del personal de recepción y Restorant
Reservé en el hotel solamente por la piscina para mi hijo pequeño. Al realizar el check in me indican que está en mantencion.
El aire acondicionado de la habitación apenas funcionaba. La habitación era un horno en la noche lo que generó un mal dormir.
