Room was clean
Breakfast a bit bad, room needs a better sound insulation, especially the rooms that face the main avenue

mala atención de la persona que me recibió en la recepción, me hizo esperar porque estaba entregando el turno.
no había nadie más para recibirme a mi y a otros pasajeros.

Por ter fechado a hospedagem via site do booking e não foi especificado no mesmo e na hora do check-in no hotel que estava incluso o café da manhã. E quando fomos tomar o café da manhã nos perguntaram o número do quarto liberando, porém não hora que a minha esposa foi pegar o café uma das funcionárias gritou para a minha esposa dizendo para não tocar na máquina de café e que não tínhamos direito de tomar o café da manhã e depois que fomos verificar na recepção foi confirmado que não estava incluso.
Observação: Filtro no site do Booking estacionamento porque estava de carro e o café da manhã por que viemos do Brasil.
La habitación es muy espaciosa

No se específico que los insumos en los frigobart se costeaban aparte... En lo personal, pense que eran insumos de consumo, de la habitación.
La atención
Las piezas que dan hacia la calle deberían tener ventanales dobles ya q se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle y al zona en la q hay mucho bar el escándalo era mucho. Poner nuevos secadores

En una de mis estadías extravié por olvidó algo en la habitación, a pesar de que avisé y dejé constancia no apareció y tampoco se me entregó información sentí que lo encontraron poco relevante

Ubicación
Por urgencia debí viajr por trabajo a Antofagasta y con un día de anticipación reservé habitación hacia el lado de la costa, la cual cuando llegué (tarde) no estaba preparada. Por tal razón ocupé una habitación hacia la ciudad la primera noche y si bien estaba limpia, no se veía renovada. Arreglé ocupar la habitación hacia el mar la segunda noche y tal ajuste no estaba listo cuando llegué. No obstante, no hubo problema y la recepcionista accedió a respetar mi solicitud sin tener el antecedente de lo que había acordado con el recepcionista la noche anterior. La habitación junto al mar, estaba mucho mejor equipada y renovada respecto de la primera.
Limpia, piscina muy buena
Mucama interrumpió mi sueño golpeando la puerta para ver si había consumido algo del frigobar, siendo que eso se vee en la salida del hotel, pésimo es 2 vez que me pasa esto
