Excelente hotel, buenas instalaciones.

Cons:

Reservé por Booking y tuve que hacer un check-in en línea muy largo, con muchas preguntas para confirmar la reserva.
Pero al llegar al hotel, se demoraron 15 minutos en registrarme. Entonces, para que el check-in online?
Pensé que la reserva incluía desayuno, pero no lo tenía. Y costaba 18 dólares.

El proceso de Check- in , muuuuy lento.
No informan que en el desayuno no está incluído. No es agradable realizar el pago en forma separada.
En el comedor no avisan que están pronto a cerrar la cocina si desean pedir algo más en el horario de la cena.

Aire acondicionado malo en la habitacion, baño con mal.olor, olor a humedad la habitacion, al desayono a pas 09.50 pidiendo desocupar rapido elncomedor que a las 10 am sacaban todo.
Uno de los hoteles mas caros de Antofagasta, con un muy mal servicio.

Aire acondicionado no enfrió, muy ruidoso, por lo que tuve q abrir ventanas para ventilar. El exterior es muy ruidoso con la circulación de vehículos.

todo bien en relacion de precio calidad buena ubicacion para salir desde antofagatsa al sur . el personal muy amable y la temperatura dentro de la habitacion buena

la limpieza del baño de la primera habitacion asignada ya que esta estaba con marcas de orina alrededor de la taza y el ultimo ocupante no habia tirado la palanca
