Stay was fine, except for the cancellation issue which has not been solved yet.
Pros:

The hotel facilities were ok, but service was really bad.

Cons:

We called the hotel earlier to ask for help with a cancellation regarding a mistake committed during the reservation process and the staff was rude and unconsiderate, turning us to deal with Booking.com which was done immediately, but still without a resolution, pending an answer from the hotel chain.

It was a value for a stop on our journey.
Pros:

The late check in staff and the morning staff were very nice. The breakfast was perfect for what we needed to get going.

Cons:

I would have liked to have water available after breakfast to fill water bottle before leaving.

Front desk experience was awesome
Pros:

Check-in was great! The front desk associate was SO kind and helpful. He truly made our stay I wish I remembered his name but I was in such a hurry to the concert!

RIP OFF. CROOKS
Pros:

Prepaid for a room for 6 days. Booked this room because they are pet friendly. When I arrived after driving 16 hours they have a sign on the counter that states they charge $25 per pet per night. We have four dogs and the charge was an additional $600. He told me I could NOT have a room with 4 dogs ANYWAY. I politely asked to be refunded. He said that wasn't possible and to contact the booking party. I contacted the booking party and they said it needed to be done through the hotel. I went next door to the Country Inn and got a very NICE ROOM for 6 days. I paid a one time fee of $35 per dog. Im out all the money I paid Baymont. Total RIP OFF AND RUDE OWNER!
