Horrible and no sympathy for anything
Pros:

Location was in a good area, didnt really come out of ny room much as it was a quiet getaway with my friends

Cons:

I paid for 2 nights my daughter and her friend came to visit me and my daughters friend who wasnt even in the room got loud with someone they kicked me out and sisnt refund my money for the next night. I and also ensured them that girl wouldn't be back because she just showed up randomly so I was out a room the next night an my money, once I cleaned up and left they then tried charging me another 50 bucks I stopped that

Lousy
Pros:

Room wasn't the cleanest, pillows were clean but did not smell fresh. Sausage gravy and biscuits were room temperature so I went to Mc Donald's. I stayed here many times pre Covid And It was always nice. I'll try another hotel in the area before going back.

Pros:

I liked that the towels were replaced every day and that the desk staff was very welcoming. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the surrounding areas. The bed was very comfortable and had lots of room.

Cons:

I did not like how early the breakfast ended, I was unable to experience the breakfast because of this. I also wish there was a water dispenser apart from the vending machine as there is an ice machine but no water.

Won't book again.
Pros:

The bed was very clean.

Cons:

The ceiling in 105 has water damage, wall had a stain, bathroom out dated and toilet ran all night. There was a old moldy smell in the room.

Pros:

Room was nice an cool despite how hot the halls were.

Cons:

It was really hot in the halls and lobby. It had an odor as well. No coffee pot or hair dryer in the room. Signs that stated no food from breakfast to be taken to your room. Seems they don't want any food in your room but not sure why since there is a fridge and microwave. Pool was cold.

The Staff was very pleasant , had problem with the door key and they fixed it right away the up keep of the hotel was great and clean it'll be my choice to go there again

Pros:

Staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and the food was good. We had a wonderful stay and the location was perfect for us. It is obviously not a newer hotel, but it was clean
