Clean, comfortable and a good night’s rest is what we needed and that is what we got.
Pros:

$42 last minute stay when our flight was cancelled and we just needed to sleep a few hours. The staff was fantastic. It was clean and we slept great. Very appreciative.

Cons:

For $42/night, it was perfect.

El hotel a cambiado muchísimo recuerdo que en el 2013 cuando me alojé por primera vez la atención fue excelente te llamaban a la habitación te saludaban al llegar al salir en el alojamiento podía venir el desayuno incluido en el paquete de estadía que podías escoger pero ya eso no existe pregunté y me dijeron que no existe eso ya solo bajar al restaurante y ordenar de forma normal. Fui con mi hijo mi hermana mi esposa y las camas deterioradas el elevador difícil de agarrar demora mucho en cada piso debe haber un micro hondas un sistema de filtro de agua para beber agua lo único que me sentí agradable fue en la limpieza de la persona que limpia en la atención de ella todo muy bien. Pero el personal deben ser más cordiales los de recepción sea quien sea que se aloje en euro hotel el trato es muy importante para las personal volver alojarse la habitación que me dieron estuvo muy pésima condiciones las camas esperemos la próxima me den algo mejor por favor.

El personal debe mejorar en el trato a cada persona que se aloja en Eurohotel deben hacer que el cada persona se sienta cómoda segura confortable al hotel van mucho extranjeros y nacionales el mismo personal de atención y de recepción son los que hacen que cada persona que se aloje en eurohotel vuelva en el trato en la amabilidad en el saludo por este tipo de personas que no dan el trato agradable el huésped se siente incómodo sea nacional o sea extranjero solo deben hablarlo mejorar el trato y verán que eurohotel vuelve a ser un hotel agradable como esos años donde uno se sentía muy agradable y la habitación que me dieron no fue de mi agrado por las camas el aire uno debe levantarse a subir la temperatura o bajarla las camas es algo que deben mejorar igual y mucho saludos
