Convenient, stylish; mixed staff.
Pros:

Easy parking, nice style, lobby bar/patio, competitive pricing, comfy bed, evening bartender. A lot to like.

Cons:

Poor housecleaning- left dirty towel in the middle of our freshly made bed (?!), and did not restock glass filtered water bottle nor paper cups. Distracted barrista made for absurdly slow AM experience.

Fix the water pressure and put in a regular refrigerator

The people were helpful, it was nice

Cons:

The shower sucked big time take some of that sink water pressure and divert it to the shower. The “smart fridge” was bullshit and never got below 43 degrees

Friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

GREAT Location and GREAT Staff.
We went to Atlanta to watch the Bruno Mars concert. The hotel is very close and access to the Stadium was easy.
Terrell, at the Front Desk, was very friendly and helpful, as well as the other members at the Staff.
The breakfast is à la carte, so if you are in a rush, allow extra time for that.

A Gem of a hotel Midtown ATL
Pros:

Super easy of the parking, warm and friendly check-in, beautiful room, amazing bed/linens. We came to go to a concert at the Bobby Dodd Stadium which was a short 3 minute drive. Before we checked out, we grabbed some delicious breakfast sandwiches and coffee to go. Great customer service and beautifully decorated hotel.

Pros:

Amazing hotel. Great facilities with convenient bar, coffee shop and courtyard. Chilled vibe. Lovely staff who couldn’t be more helpful, especially Marqueta. Great room, spacious and comfortable. Perfectly lovation for Atlanta stay
