Fünf wunderbare Tage in einem wirklich schicken und komfortablen Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechend designed und bietet eine gute Mischung aus anonymen Komfort mit der Nähe zu allen möglichen Cafés, Restaurants, Shops und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Selten habe ich so zentral, schick und gleichzeitig leistbar in London gewohnt.

Pros:

El hotel está súper bien ubicado, todo es es automático, así que prácticamente no hay staff, todo se hace a través de su sitio o de la app, o el mismo hotel te va guiando como hacer el check in y el check out. La habitación estaba de buen tamaño y la cama super cómoda y todo muy limpio.

Cons:

No me gustó que no hacen la limpieza del cuarto al menos que lo pidas.

Pros:

It was awful not being able to speak to any staff. The rooms were extremely claustrophobic- tiny windows and my first room looked out onto AC unit and nothing else.

Cons:

No staff - terrible and strange experience.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, and very responsive service.
Pros:

Perfect location for exploring London, and the room was very nice and extremely clean.
Initially, I was given a room on the first floor, which I wasn’t comfortable with. There were some loud pipes and a roof directly outside the window, to the point where you could literally climb out onto it. As soon as I asked to change rooms, the staff responded very quickly and offered me a new room on the 4th floor. I was really pleased with how easily and professionally they handled it. I would definitely recommend Numa to anyone visiting London.

Cons:

The only downside is that there is no breakfast option at the hotel. However, they offer a discount at the bakery next door, which is very good, so this wasn’t a big issue.
