Posizione piuttosto centrale, comoda per raggiungere anche a piedi i luoghi di interesse di Palermo, staff gentile, colazione discreta

Location.
Large room. Breakfast was ok.with Gluten free options.
Staff responded well to our problems

Cons:

Air conditioning really didn't work sufficiently as one was broken. A pedestal fan which we got from reception really helped

La dutxa, la mampara no tancava bé i l’aigua surt molt calenta i poc freda.. costa moltíssim regular-la.

Better than expected
Pros:

Great location within walking distance of the city center. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and the coffee per your choice is served. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. I don’t recommend to use a car in downtown of Palermo if you’re careless regarding your or rented car.

Cons:

The air conditioning device is rather not enough powerful for large room, such as was ours.

Soggiorno piacevole ma struttura bisognosa di interventi
Pros:

La cortesia del personale. Buona colazione e ambiente delle colazioni nuovo e restaurato.

Cons:

Camera 203. Camera data e usurata, rubinetteria doccia rotta, la maniglia ci rimaneva in mano, asse del WC ballerino e di misure diverse rispetto al sanitario, Camera molto rumorosa, si sentiva il traffico esterno a ogni ora del giorno e della notte.
