Guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Palermo
Pros:

Sehr komfortables Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Sehr freundliches Personal und reichhaltiges gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Straßenlärm, wenn man auf die Klimaanlage verzichten und mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte. Aber das ist nunmal Palermo und dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

Я задоволений. В готелі тільки ночував. Все зручно, близько, чисто. З мінусів вуличний шум та слабенький сніданок.
Pros:

Розташування фантастичне, все дуже близько.

Cons:

Звукоізоляції нема. Шум з вулиці (авто та мотоцикли) вночі дуже заважають. Вихід один, беріть протишумні беруші. Це рятує, інакше заснути не реально. Сніданок дуже, дуже скромний. Я б не рекомендував, краще снідати в місті.

Great location!
Pros:

ロケーションが素晴らしかった。スタッフの方はとても親切に対応してくれた。お部屋は思いのほか狭くはなく、1晩寝る分には十分だった。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえてとても助かった。

Cons:

良くない点ではないけれど、エレベーターはあるものの、入り口からレセプションまでと、エレベーターからお部屋までに数段づつ階段がある。スーツケースを持っている場合は、事前に認識しておいた方が良い。建物は新しくないので、隣や上階の部屋の音は聞こえる。

Die Unterkunft liegt im Zentrum von Palermo, alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker.

Cons:

Das Personal der Rezeption ist nicht sehr freundlich, wurden nicht richtig begrüßt oder informiert über das Frühstück, wo es sich befindet und wann die Zeiten sind.

Pros:

The receptionist was extremely helpful. I had left another hotel which was terrible and moved to Hotel Tonic. He gave me the same room for my two separate bookings. My room was very comfortable and peaceful compared to the one I left.

Superb location, helpful polite staff especially our breakfast waiter!

Cons:

The bar wasn’t open which was a shame. The shower in our room was not very powerful and more hangers in the wardrobe would have been useful. But this was minimal

Pålitligt, rent och fint hotell med hjälpsam personal som vänligt tar emot även vid sen incheckning.
Pros:

Bra läge nära flygbuss vid Piazza Politeama. Renoverat och mycket fint rum. Generös och god frukost. Mycket trevlig personal. Hjälpsam personal vid sen incheckning mitt i natten. Smidigt att kunna checka ut men ha bagage kvar för förvaring.

Cons:

Ett av rummen var rätt så trist (orenoverat), men därför mycket billigare och därför okej.

Pros:

Super Frühstück - das beste bilang in Italien!
Sehr gute Lage des Hotels.
Gepäckaufbewahrung vor und nach dem Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Es gab keine Moskitonetze vor dem Fenster - nächtliche Mückenjagdten und viele Stiche waren die Folge - und das Anfang Mai!
Das Zimmer war recht laut - sowohl von der Straße her als auch vom Flur.
