Frokosten kan konkurrere med 5 stjerners hotell. meget god, stort utvalg av pålegg og kaker. Veldig hyggelige og tilgjengelige servicepersoner i frokost salen. rent og pent....alt i alt et utrolig bra inntrykk og velsmakende frokost.

Highly recommended, definitely stay again.
Pros:

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Rustic and full of charm. Highly recommended, clean and quiet, people complain about traffic noise but dont come to Palermo then.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und variantenreich, der Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfreich, ich hatte ein luxuriöses Einzelzimmer zuoberst, super, einfach empfehlenswert!!!

Wyjazd bardzo udany, hotel dobrze zlokalizowany co umożliwiło sprawne zwiedzanie Palermo.
Pros:

Lokalizacja świetna, stosunek ceny do jakości jak najbardziej na plus. Obsługa na recepcji oraz na śniadaniach świetna, pokój bardzo fajny - na wielki plus wiele ręczników, vanity kit, żele do mycia etc. Wygodne łóźko, sporo miejsca w pokoju, klimatyzacja (choć nie była potrzeba w okresie marcowym). Śniadania bardzo dobre, możliwość zjedzenia na słono jak i na słodko, dobrej jakości produkty, świeże, wiele napojów do wybrania.

Cons:

Na minus zepsute żaluzje (shuttersy) w oknach po jednej stronie, co w nocy powodowało duży hałas z ulicy i nie dało się odpocząć, wyspać ponieważ nie wyciszały dźwięku zewnętrznego pomimo zamkniętych okien. W naszym pokoju był też czajnik, którego wtyczka nie pasowała do kontaktu przez co nie można było zaparzyć sobie herbaty - nie są to jednak rzeczy, który by wpłyneły na ogólną ocenę hotelu, którą oceniam bardzo dobrze.

Po powrocie z pobytu w tym hotelu pojawiła się u mnie silna wysypka oraz liczne ugryzienia na ciele, które bardzo przypominają ślady po pluskwach. Objawy zaczęły się już krótko po powrocie do domu. Niestety bardzo psuje to moje ogólne wrażenia z pobytu, ponieważ sugeruje poważny problem z czystością i kontrolą szkodników w pokoju.
Zdecydowanie polecam hotelowi dokładnie sprawdzić pokoje oraz przeprowadzić profesjonalną dezynsekcję, aby inni goście nie mieli podobnych problemów. Mam nadzieję, że sprawa zostanie potraktowana poważnie, bo takie sytuacje są nie tylko bardzo nieprzyjemne, ale też mogą mieć wpływ na zdrowie i komfort gości.

Viaggio iconico fra le meraviglie Palermitane
Pros:

Tutto, l'hotel in ordine, la camera molto grande e pulita, il servizio alla reception del sig. Giovanni ineccepibile e profrssionale, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta, così come il servizio a colazione abbondante sia salati che dolci, con pietanze tipiche della Sicilia.
Quando ritornerò a Palermo sicuramente soggiornerò al l'hotel Tonico.
Dimenticavo posizione ottima a cinquanta metri dall' isola pedonale e vicinissimo al teatro Massimo.
