Pros:

Hotel w centralnej części Palermo bardzo dobrze usytuowany. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny, śniadania były dobre. Pobyt możemy uznać za udany.

Cons:

Łazienka, a konkretnie kabina prysznicowa i odpływ wody.

L esmorzar excel.lent. Cafe espresso i capuccinos servits a taula al moment molt bons. Personal cafeteria molr amable. Molt ben situat. Funcional. Ens van deixar entrar una mica abans de l hora acordada.

Cons:

Van reservar tres habitacions executives per 5 persones. Ens van donar dues habitacions dobles correctíssimes, però la individual era d una categoria inferior amb capsal del llit molt desgastat i cobrellit brut!! Una llàstima. Si us plau, solventin això, i l experiència millorarà enormement!

Hotel centrale, camere spaziose, confortevoli e pulitissime. Personale gentile e competente. Ottima la colazione.
Una chicca il parcheggio in convenzione, con il personale che si occupava di prendere e riportare l'auto sulla base delle proprie esigenze.

Cons:

Unica pecca, non c'è ristorante interno, ma l'hotel è così centrale che si ha l'imbarazzo della scelta.

Pokój który dostaliśmy był brudny i z grzybem, dopiero po napisaniu do obsługi dostaliśmy przeniesienie do innego pokoju. Plus w pokoju były stare koce żółte i naprawdę kiepski standard - po przeniesieniu było ok

Ambiente pulito, colazione buona, camera da letto giuste dimensioni, posizione della struttura ottima

Cons:

Il bagno molto piccolo, non sapevamo neanche dove pigliare gli asciugamani. La camera purtroppo essendo al piano terra era molto buia perché non si potevano aprire neanche le persiane. Inoltre molto molto rumorosa, anche in piena notte con le finestre chiuse. Il personale cortese ma poco empatico.

Ottima posizione. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare la camera poiché quella che ci avevano assegnato non aveva il bidet nel bagno. Per fortuna c'era un'altra stanza disponibile e ce l'hanno cambiata. Stanza comoda, forse necessita di qualche piccolo intervento. Letto rotondo, spazioso
