Un dia ens vam quedar sense aigua calenta. Caldria millorar el matalàs de l'habitació.
La posizione
Numerosi disservizi e disagi : acqua calda mancante in un giorno festivo / ascensore rotto quasi per tutto il soggiorno e stavamo al terzo piano.
hôtel très bien situé dans le centre ville de Palerme à proximité de 2 gares . La chambre était très spacieuse ,ainsi que la salle de bain
le petit déjeuner était copieux et bien diversifié
ce qui est dommage c'est le bruit dans la chambre du au moyen de chauffage et une lumière toute la nuit venant c'un système de sécurité
pour la salle de bain : bac de douche un peu spéciale avec portes non adaptées

We stayed in a Deluxe room with the round bed, which was very big and very comfortable. The brekfast was good, and the location quite nice, as it is just off the main pedestrian road which connects the Teatro Massimo to the Quattro Canti.
It was quite cheap and incredible value for the money.
DO NOT use their airport transfer service, as they are going to scam you of five Euros each way.
- We were originally offered a transfer service for 60
- We booked one, and we were then told that it was actually 65
- We complained and cancel the transfer
- We were then told that the transfer is 65 from airport to centre, and 60 from centre to airport (which doesn't make sense)
- At the end of our stay, we asked again and they offered us a transfer to the airport for 60
- Got the transfer, jumped on it, arrived at the airport, and then the driver asked 65
All the above, when grabbing a random taxi from airport to city centre comes with a fixed price of 60. Petty scammer behaviour, which lower our score of the property.
Opción bastante económica y bien ubicada, en pleno centro de Palermo, lo cual es muy conveniente para moverse por la ciudad. El personal fue amable y atento durante toda la estancia. También es un gran punto a favor que el hotel dispone de consigna de equipaje: pude dejar nuestras cosas después del check-out y recogerlas más tarde sin ningún problema.
La habitación que me tocó era interior y no tenía vistas, lo que es un poco limitado en cuanto a luz natural.
Además, me dieron solo un ticket y, aunque solicité posteriormente la factura, no recibimos respuesta. Recomendaría resolver este tipo de cuestiones directamente en el hotel, ya que después del check-out es difícil obtener respuesta.

Good value for the price.
The receptionist was so genuinely friendly. The gentleman during breakfast was very nice and did a great job.
The first morning at breakfast we encountered a lady in a bad mood who just yelled in Italian “finito”
That could be speared the guest.
