Pros:

Готель перевершив всі мої очікування! Харчування чудове! Дуже зручно добиратися з аеропорту автобусом і дешевше в рази. Готель поруч з автостанцією. Пішки обходили практично все місто. Поруч Лоро парк і шикарна набережна, в обидві сторони.

Sin duda la amable atención de su personal, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudarte en todo con una sonrisa, lo mejor del hotel.

Cons:

El mobiliario se habitación ademas de viejos se encuentra en muy mal estado. El ruido de los equipos de limpieza municpal a las 4 de la mañana.

Avoid stay elsewhere
Pros:

The pool was nice and the location.

Cons:

The room felt dated and the furniture was very chipped and needs refurbishment. At dinner times you had to pay for basic drinks such as water even though you got water for free at breakfast which we found pointless and confusing. Staff didn't want to engage and when we checked out the reception didn't even ask how our stay was. Also my partner got severe food poisoning and we had to go to the main hospital in Santa Cruz on the Thursday of our week stay. Overall small things have left a very sour taste in our mouths.
