Nice location. Lovely staff. Dated rooms.
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location near the city and the beach, it’s pretty big, lovely pool and views and amazing staff that goes above and beyond. The buffet serves nice breakfasts but the dinners are not great. Plus you have to pay extra for drinks (worth knowing)

Cons:

The rooms need serious updating, when you have a room facing the ocean, the wind is very loud and the room tends to get cold at night.
Bathrooms were old and dirty, with a slight smell of damp. Nothing the cleaners could do to help, it’s because the rooms are just old.

Breakfasts are very good and plentiful. The location is great, but we arrived at a time when the streets around the hotel were being renovated. So, it was chaotic around the hotel—but that's not the hotel's fault.

Cons:

The door openers had to be re-coded four times during my stay because the doors wouldn't open. And the housekeeping staff—if we hadn't posted a sign saying we were still asleep, the staff would knock and quickly enter the room. So, on two occasions, the maid saw me completely naked because I hadn't had time to get dressed. She ignored my calls to wait.

Unos días de ruta por la Isla
Pros:

Lo céntrico que estaba de todo Puerto de la Cruz. El desayuno estaba bien.

Cons:

Las instalaciones necesitan una reforma.
Mi viaje fue recorrer la Isla por lo que no estaba en el alojamiento en todo el día.

Muy decepcionante todo. La ubicación es lo único salvable del hotel

Cons:

Es un hotel de la cadena Sol, grupo Melia, 4 estrellas... pero nada del hotel merece esas estrellas. Habitación vieja y poco cuidada. Algo sucia. Desayuno bastante pobre. He estado en muchos 3 estrellas mejores. Decidimos ir a este hotel por su nombre, e incluso alojarnos en 2 habitaciones dobles siendo 4 porque esperábamos mucho más. Hay opciones mejores a menor precio en la que nos podíamos haber alojado los 4 juntos. Es raro que un hotel así mantenga las 4 estrellas.

Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny. Bufet przepełniony różnorodnym jedzeniem, pokoje codziennie posprzątane na błysk. Dodatkowo bardzo pomocna i miła obsługa hotelowa. Nie było żadnych dodatkowych kosztów poza ceną za zakwaterowanie. Rewelacyjna lokalizacja

Jakość. Tyczy się to samych pokoi, wyposażenia oraz jedzenia. Jest to jednak bardzo niewielki minus biorąc pod uwagę cenę za hotel.
