Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, nur durch eine Straße vom Meer getrennt, Fußnähe zur Altstadt. Große Zimmer mit schönem Balkon und Aussicht. Gute Matratzen. Sehr gutes Frühstück!!

Cons:

Zimmer sind schon älter und Einrichtung auch. Nicht mehr zeitgemäß und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt gerade noch. Parkplatzsuche dauert etwas.

Good location but Puerto de la Cruz has better options in this price range
Pros:

De dames die de kamers schoonmaken zijn super aardig, eerlijk en hardwerkend. De locatie is top, dichtbij het strand en leuke horeca. Zwembadje en ligbedjes ook prima.

Cons:

De kamers kunnen echt wel een kleine renovatie gebruiken. Veel achterstallig onderhoud. Ook missen er simpele dingen in de kamers zoals een toiletborstel en iets van een waterkoker/ koffie en thee kunnen zetten in de kamer zou de kamers beter maken. De automaat om een flesje water te kopen is bizar duur. En de onmogelijkheid om een tweepersoonsbed te reserveren maakt het een minder geschikte locatie voor koppels.

Arra jó volt hogy lehetett valahol aludni de semmi másra nem
Cons:

A földszinti szobákkal az a probléma hogy kívülről belátni. Ezt egy egyszerű függönnyel ki is lehetne küszöbölni de az is teljes mertekben átlátszó volt és este be lehetett kintről látni. Reggelinél a palacsinta és a Churros kő kemény és száraz volt, kávé gép is csak egy volt így hatalmas sorok álltak előtte. A Tisztaságot nagyon szeretem de egy WC kefét igazán rakhattak volna a mosdóba hogy magam után is tudjak takarítani. Befejezésül pedig hogy az egész szobában 1 konnektor volt megnehezítette az eszközök töltését és kényelmetlen volt. Az ágyak lábai nem voltak fékezhetőek így folyamatosan szétcsúsztunk és estünk keltünk.

The coffee machine didn't work at breakfast and there was no kettle in my room or a little fridge to keep water or cold drinks

Staff were friendly and polite. Room was bright and clean. Cleaners were good. Location excellent

Cons:

Coffee machine and huge queue for breakfast. People cleared mutable when I had just got up to get something else. Need more buffet area for do many people. And extra coffee machine. Pool are was small and didn't seem like the photos but the beach was nearby so it didn't matter. Entertainment could be improved as the music was a bit slow and room too bright. Lights could be dimmed and more lively music could be put on

You’re a 10 minute walk into the centre for all the activities you require. Eating and drinking various bars and restaurants some with live music It’s the second time I’ve been to this hotel and I’ll be back there for another family visit.
