Nice place to stay if you are visiting RMNP.
Pros:

The location was perfect for early entry to RMNP. The room was large and nicely decorated.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t available until 7 and there was no ‘free’ breakfast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Gateway Hotel, and would consider staying again.
Pros:

The king bed we had was super comfy. the room was very spacious and loved the Pine floors and walls which made it feel cabin like. We had a fireplace but it was too warm to use it. I twould be great for a cold winteer night.

Disappointed in noise ! Balcony has odstructive view

Food was good , easy parking , clean !

Cons:

101 was very noisy, loud buzzing noises , and carpenters working right out side balcony! Very annoying if you’re trying to get away from noise!
